When we called, the dispatcher realized that they had mistakenly booked the bus for the next day (An honest mistake based on the comments they put in the invoice however we had agreed on the 13th and had multiple emails stating that). The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

It was very easy to find the bus parked not far outside the metro station and we had a good group of people that filled the bus. David offered waters and light snacks mid-trip, was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions. Our tour ran roughly over the 4 hours. Tip: I purchased our tickets on Groupon where you save at least $30 vs what is listed on travel advisor or other pages. Always check Groupon first! I'd recommend making sure to eat dinner prior as we were off our meal schedule and struggled to find places open after. In the future, I'd prefer a tour to go inside as I think we could have done all of this on our own for no cost but the convenience in the heat and our limited time made it worth it for his first DC visit. She knows her way around this city and was able to adjust on the fly when Secret Service blocked off a route to the White House. I've done many tours and get stressed wanting to be close to the guide so I don't miss any info they have to share. The earpiece allowed our group to wander and look at what they wanted to see at each stop without missing anything that was said. AND there was even a mic option where you could ask a question and the entire group could hear. The LED bands at first sounded gimmicky to me, but I have to say, they were great! They allowed us to easily find our group in areas that were crowded and not get left behind. We saw many groups that were getting separated and almost ran into a few people because they were hard to see in the dark. The bus was very new, in great condition, and comfortable. We felt like VIPs when we saw some of the other groups and their transportation. LOL The stops on the tour were excellent choices. We stayed at each location a perfect amount of time. I never felt rushed, but I also didn't feel like I was waiting for the rest of the group for us to be able to leave. The selection of stops covered a lot of territory in a short period of time and saved us a TON of walking that we would have done to see the same sites. A trip that was supposed to take 11 hrs from MD to Atlanta took 16 hours. First they had to clean the buses, that fine but both vans AC goes down on the way and only one resumes working. Mind you this is on a 93 degree day. The one that had a working AC couldn't go more than 50 mph, a defect the rude unprofessional robert admitted to. His bus didn't have a working AC so we had to stop about 3 times so the passengers could get down for air, one of them nearly passed out and had to be transferred to our slow bus. Now check this, 30 mins before we get to the hotel, our bus tire busts so now we have to wait on the side of the busy hwy for robert to drop the 1st group at the hotel and come back for us which was almost an hr wait so by the time we get there our conference already started. We need time to get our hotel keys, shower, eat and go to the conference, they already made us very late but no apology from the company, instead they were mad about the little trash left. How were we supposed to clean it when you already made us really late because of your ineptitude? On the return trip, we leave at 2:30pm but not before robert starts to physically threaten us about trash and says he will refuse to open the luggage bay and will leave us on the side of the road. No mention of how he caused us inconveniences. Anyway, around 2:40pm, our slow bus gives up the ghost, literally stops working, if it wasn't for Ms. Samirrah (the only professional and sympathetic one from the company), we would have been stuck in the middle of 85! Once again, we had to wait for robert to come get us and request for a replacement bus from DC, we were in Richmond! That was another 2+hrs wait for the replacement bus at the Waffle house! The owner comes there and she's royally pissed off at the so called trash we left behind the day before, no apology, no nothing, their hatred of Africans clearly showing. This is something they wouldn't do to their own kind or any other group. She continued the threats from where robert left off and insulted the heck out of us but our desire to just get home and our cultural influence overrided the need to fight back. This is not a company anyone should patronize, they use really old and uncomfortable buses, they're rude, and unprofessional. I felt so bad for our driver, Ms. Samirrah who was put in a bad situation. I hope she leaves for a better company, they don't deserve her. Since I didn't hire her, I have no legal recourse as I had to take an unplanned vacation day because I got home at 11am. We leave Atlanta at 2:30pm and get to Burtonsville, MD at 10am! Use them at your own peril. Useless company, useless owner, useless robert!
