(drum roll) GAP TRADE SERVICES!!! Yes I left a voice message and Mike (!!) called me back shortly after. Busy guy, thus guy Mike. After I told him the situation he explained several possibilities of what could be wrong and as busy as he was, he said he'd come the next day but it would be late in the day. Hooray! And he did show up the next afternoon and fixed the problem PLUS he's coming back to fix several other issues. Fair prices, honest and what a friendly man!!!
