This review is for the Pearland location- My 18 year old…read moreson, Nicholas Hartnett passed away on August 30th 2018 unexpectedly and they have been kind, beyond helpful and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my son had the most beautiful service. Which he did. They were patient with me although I was confused heartbroken and indecisive they are compassionate, thorough, and truly listen and hear their clients when we tell them what we want and need. the second first spoke with Ashley, Paul, and Mark, I knew I made the right choice and I trusted them with my baby. One decision I was confident I wouldn't regret. During the funeral, they kept everything organized and were graceful and professional even when their patience was tested. Still, a month and a half after he passed away, they have checked on me and my husband and 16th yr old son. I highly recommend Crowder in Pearland. Anyone who has been an ACTUAL customer of Crowder will agree.

If you want your baby buried in the garden of the innocent you only can have a flat headstone. That…read morebeing said if they mow they pick up all the flowers off the baby's Graves and throw them behind the office. This area is not huge. They can take a few minutes out of their day when they mow over the grave over the headstones and put the flowers back on the baby's Graves. You go out there now and the grass is entirely dead where the babies are buried. It's called The garden of Innocence. They don't even water the grass. I paid a lot of money for my daughter's hand-painted ceramic picture for her headstone. Very early on when she died the lawn mower went over and put a huge deep scratch through the middle and they don't care. They're like too bad too sad what do you want from us? I would like you to perhaps water the grass at least and put the babies flowers back on their graves!!! Have some dignity & some compassion for these parents. I have 2 daughters buried in the garden of Innocence. The area is very small so please don't make a reply and say the area is just so huge there's no way it would take hours to put the flowers back because that's b*******.. I know it's asking for too much to them think about the people there as opposed to just making the money.

I stopped by as I usually do around Christmas to pay respects to most of my family buried here. I was presently surprised to find two wreaths on my veteran uncle's headstones. Probably, the VFW did this, but thanks to Galveston Memorial for allowing this to happen, and having/ keeping a well manicured park. I'm gonna hold off on selling the plot, and relocating.

Lady, I KNOW thread isn't THAT costly and you've got no overhead because it's your home. This is just advantageous because she has a captive island clientele. I just spent my last dollar here. I'll drive to League City dry cleaners where I've been sending my dry cleaning for 13 years. FYI Galveston dry cleaners charge outrageous prices just like Maria. 2 stars because she does a good job I just don't like her business ethic
