The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. When I checked the card charges later, the charge was for $189. Unfortunately, my husband who paid for the service did not question the charges. Regardless, the guy should not have added extras without disclosing. 3) My daughter scheduled a haircut with no blow dry. When I am paying, the guy charged for the amount with blow dry and blamed my daughter for not speaking up. Because of that guy's lack of customer service skills, he just lost a family of 6, and earned a bad review.

I read the great reviews and thought I should give this place a shot. Jankee wound up doing my hair and it came out absolutely stunning!!!! This year I wanted another new style and went back a few days ago, Jankee did my hair once again and it came out perfect once again! She is the reason I adore this place. First off she ALWAYS listens to what you want and does not hesitate to give you her own advice. She is also not scissor happy which is huge in my book. She tells you exactly how much she is going to take off and sticks with that length. The salon is in a great location as well and is very clean.
