Lynn Harkins is "confident in the work she does" .... Que the circus clowns!…read more If you're thinking of booking with Lynn, save yourself the time and just box dye your hair while setting two hundred dollars on fire ... because that's exactly what you'll get from her.   Lynn did not even get close to what I asked for. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it.  She told me she was going to tint my 'warm brown' ends with a 'cool brown' so they would match my dark roots and then she would lighten my ends and around face.  In the middle of my appointment she decided to bash one of her prior clients, telling me how she once turned a girls hair green and said it "wasn't her fault" while she laughed about it.  She also bashed another stylists client that was in the salon at another station because of her hair color. Continuously stating that she was "Going to H*ll" for her comments and laughed every time she said it. Very unprofessional. After she dried my hair she kept turning me from the mirror to take 'after' pics (which I never received) and kept saying it still looked 'a little warm'.  She told me while I exited to let her know if there's anything I didn't like.  I got in my car and questioned what I was seeing in the mirror. But it really didn't hit me until I got home and was really able to see what she had done. She made my hair brassy orange (See.The.Pictures) I messaged her and asked if she would fix what I was seeing. She said she would but that she would need to charge me AGAIN because she had already done a 'color fix' (um, what?!) and that I would need to wait a week to get back in.   With more thought and the reality of the situation, I didn't want her touching my hair again! Needless to say, I had to have another salon fix what she did to my hair.  When I asked Lynn for a refund she stated she "doesn't give refunds" and that she "stands behind her work and offered to fix it" (ahem, for more money). The new salon I went to had to perform several steps to fix Lynn's color debacle. When I sent Lynn pictures showing her what had been done, she gloatingly gave herself credit and said that she had "removed prior color that aided in the look the other stylist achieved". Yes Lynn, you are correct. If you hadn't messed up my color, another salon wouldn't have had to do a real color fix and change everything that you did. Not sure you should be patting youself on the back for that one.  Laughable. If I could give zero stars I would. Again, she did not refund any money for what she did.

I'm very scared to have people "cut" my hair, but she listened to what I wanted, and explained each and every step she was taking along the way. We decided on a color and she even did some extra conditioning because I mentioned how dry and brittle my hair has become. I love the final result, and the color is just as deep and rich 3 weeks later. I'll definitely be coming back when I need a touch up. Thanks, Lynn!

Yesterday I decided to do something a little different from my usual cut. This was also my first time coloring my hair that didn't include buying a box from the store. It's hard for me to trust hair stylist because sometimes I feel like my hair has a mind of its own. So deciding to go back to Cami is a big deal for me. Cami listened to me and took time to talk through how the cut will go and also asked my opinion on things along the way. I absolutely love my color and cut. I received so many compliments at work today and I feel great as well. I will definitely be going back to Cami for all my hair needs.

I had cut some before, but needed even more cut because of the condition of my hair. She immediately noticed the damage caused by the other salon. My hair grows really slowly too, it will be years before it's back to normal, but I had no choice to get rid of a lot. She did her best to cut layers to make the damage a bit less noticeable. She really listened to me about what I wanted. My roots are long now because it's been a long time, but I am not mentally ready to color yet. If I do, it will be with Cami.

I chose Hair Trendz Salon, and specifically Debbie because of the reviews she received. I was NOT disappointed, and frankly very amazed at her talent and attention to detail. She spent at least an hour putting my foils in for a full head frost, conditioned my frazzled hair, corrected a very bad color job and cut it as I requested! And, for a very reasonable price. Not to mention, she has a natural ease with people, was a great conversationalist and gave me the best haircut and color I have had in years...Thank you so much Debbie! Abby

I've had the pleasure of having my locks tended by 2 stylists here: Kaylee and Brianna. Both of them are good listeners, skilled at their craft, and very good with color, cuts, and extensions. Tiny downside: The parking lot is pretty active and kinda dicey due to the daycare nearby. It would really help to add some street lamps for visibility and safety.

I left with my hair nothing like the photo I showed her. When I messaged her and asked her if I could come in the next day to add more light color she said she was out 2 weeks. I was shocked sh wouldnt work me in. Then I asked for a refund and she said she didnt give refunds. The hair was so bad and some color was literally an inch from my scalp. What was worse than the bad color job itself was the horrible response and rude customer service I received. My reviews are always positive and this is my first bad review. I just felt so swindled I thought I needed to share. Super disappointed with my experience.
