For years, and…read moreI mean years, I have been trying to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted but every oral surgeon or general dentistry I went to denied me because they claimed the procedure was too risky due to my teeth being very deep impacted. I admit when I first went to see you guys back in November I was a little skeptical because I had been rejected by some many others but I had some faith in you all since I was referred to you all by my insurance provider. Let me tell you something, I'm so glad I toon a leap of faith with you all! Not only was my first consultation back in November of 2016 a breeze, Dr. Jo insured me that he could get all 4 of my wisdoms teeth pulled out and best of all my insurance literally covered all of the procedure. And this procedure was every bit of $4000, I only had to pay $75 of my own money! Which was AMAZING! Fast forward, today (January 19th) I finally with got my wisdom teeth extracted! Finally! After all these years of fighting with insurance companies and doctors I finally have them pulled out. Thanks to you guys! I appreciate Dr. Jo and his staff so much for being so kind and attentive to me, they put me at easy and viola! I woke feeling like crap nonetheless but at least I can say my teeth are gone! Thank you guys sooooo sooo much! You all are amazing! Please keep up the good work!

Dr.Castro is a master at his profession , he uses the gold standard of care and best practices at each encounter, regardless of the purpose for the visit on any given day, with excellent "chair side" mannerisms. His keen attention to detail, I never coupled with the rare quality of truly listening to help and understand, sets him above most if not all . Both he and his entire are very personable ,keen, detailed orientation, & non-judgmental. The pristine cleanliness and fresh ambience of the office are true reflections of the exceptional quality of care and treatment. Although the entire staff is totally amazing, my most frequent interactions with the following staff has been wonderful and pleasantly professional. I may get the spelling of their names wrong however a real special thanks to Dream Team:Dr.Castro ( of course) Gabby,Marina,Yeti,Larissa,Julia &David. Having said that, I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Grant Hogan and his staff. I like my dentist and I trust her more than any other dentist I've ever had, but it was a little scary to be referred to a provider I haven't had time to research. My fears were laid to rest by Dr. Hogan and his staff. The office is warm and inviting. From the front office staff to his assistant, everyone his kind and gentle, even went it came down to talking money. Upon meeting Dr. Hogan I was immediately impressed with his kind and friendly demeanor. He went over my options and expressed nothing but concern for my comfort and overall health. I opted to stay awake for the procedure and only have local anesthetic in order to get the procedure done immediately. The entire time Dr. Hogan was working on me he let me know what to expect and was very kind through the entire process. I give him even more credit for such an amazing bedside manner because as a surgeon I would assume most of his patients are asleep for their procedures/surgeries. Before I left I was given detailed instructions for after care as well as the information written out. The nurse let me know what to do to get in touch with the doctor should I have any issues after hours. Luckily I have been very comfortable for most of the day and was happy with the overall experience. I already knew I would be providing a good review because I think it's important to help others get the best information possible when selecting a provider. But that plan went from a good review to a great one when my phone rang tonight. It was a number I didn't know so I almost didn't answer but I'm glad I did. It was Dr. Hogan calling to check on me. Not his nurse or other staff member, but a personal call from him to ask how I was feeling. I was truly impressed by the kindness and genuine concern.

I had planned my whole weekend around tending to my girls recovery and it has been nothing short of amazing. They are 12 hours out of surgery and are loving their "cold food" diet, not complaining of pain or discomfort, and have minimal swelling. It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. Old owners just ignored it but the new doc did the right thing! I hope this practice learns from this experience and treats patients the right way without tacky billing ideas.

At first I was confused on where it was located but you make that turn and then go up the Hill and it's right there ahead. Go inside the building and it's located on the same floor right door. First of all, the gorgeous ladies in the front desk are so nice and sweet and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air compared to some other doctors offices I been to. Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer. After wards my teeth felt so clean and I feel way more confident!! Highly recommend!!!

I've been going to Dr. Tucker for almost 10 years and I like how he take care of my teeth…read more What I don't like are the rude receptionist who answers the phone and "ungreet" (not a word). The Spanish chic and the white lady are some of the rudest humans I've met in my life and at a doctors office. Dr. Tucker needs to get rid of them and from these other comments I see I'm not the only one. I spent at least outside of my insurance 17,000 and I almost certain it helped with their salary. Unfortunately because of them and their representation I will not go any longer. I did find another surgeon so they are requesting my X-rays and labs. What they don't understand is they are the first impression and the face of the doctors office. If possible go elsewhere where you're treated humanly as possible.

I called to set up a consultation appointment and when asked of my insurance type, I told the receptionist I'd be paying in cash of which I was not informed by her of any charges to set up the consultation at all. I should have asked if there would be a charge but assumed since referred from another practice there wouldn't be.. my mistake. So the day of my appointment I was given a new patient packet to fill out still uninformed of any charges. Dr. Tucker sees me, and things start off well. He explained everything very thoroughly and I was appreciative of his knowledge. He received my 3 week old xrays from my general dentist in then says he couldn't see my wisdom teeth clear enough and that I needed another x ray. So like a dummy I take another xray.. the xray machine was conveniently located in the same room now that I think about it lol. He gives me the price of the surgery and I ask him if I can make payments on the surgery and pay in full before receiving the surgery, he rudely cuts me off in saying he doesn't talk about money talk to the front desk with his back turned to me at his desk. But you was just talking to me about money but whatever?? I go to the front desk to ask her and she said yes I could and then stiffed me with a $180 bill!! $110 for xray $70 for consultation. In which I had to pay in cash or walk out and get billed later or to go on my credit. The consultation fee..fine but the xray charge after I just paid for a xray 3 weeks prior was b.s. so I called the general dentist to discuss my xray in which this Dr. Said he couldn't see them well. They blatantly told me that my xray was fine, they don't know why he said he couldn't see my wisdom teeth and that he does this for extra money. I tried to get refunded for my 2nd xray and either place wouldn't. They could care less that I just paid almost $300 in cash for 2 xrays and consultation..in 3 weeks!! Here's the kicker..my best friend who referred me to the general dentist says Dr. Tucker told her he couldn't see her teeth well and billed her for another xray too!! in which her insurance wouldn't cover because she had just gotten one done. He's money hungry and switchy/rude. His bedside manner was okay then turned bad once he felt he was done with me and I didn't like that. Billing people for extra xrays and not telling of charges up front is bad business practice. I tell everyone don't go there if so beware!!!
