There is also a language barrier which made things a little difficult. I was going to give them a second chance so I made a booking online, money was taken out but I never received a confirmation. In the end I came down with the flu and couldn't actually come in the day I had supposedly (who knows since I never received that confirmation) booked but they refused to let me reschedule or get a refund. Had cream cleanser and exfoliant put up my nose, had my hair being massaged into my face, and was left to leave the joint after 2 staff farewelled me with patches of the yellow clay mask all over my face. worst massage ever... bought voucher online and despite of having voucher value for oil massage clearly stated I was told this is only for Thai as amount on voucher includes voucher charges-- absurd. Menu on the wall had no distinction surprisingly.. massage started and in name of hard massage.. they ensured that out of pain I opt for oil midway and pay the difference... I though didn't wanted to be exploited. so continued. Massause started from back.. though normally after having Thai massage 100 of times it always should be foot legs moving upwards. I had an appointment for the second voucher but i couldn't go on the appointment because of work and i called three time 24 hours before to cancel my reservation, but nobody answered on the phone, so i left a vocal message to inform them, i went to use the voucher another day and they said to me that the voucher was already used... but i didn't. they are not professional, in the end i just lost money... i won't go there anymore and i definitely don't recommend it to nobody! Overall: Very disappointed - poor service and reception! Would not recommend to anyone! I have got a very bad experience when trying to book a time & redeem the voucher I bought on groupon and the date I wanted was 31st December, on the voucher there was no mentioning about black-out dates, nor that it's not valid on public holidays. So I have called few days in advance to book a time, but receptionist advised that they can't book me for 31st Dec as it is a public holiday (??), however, they are working that day (!), but will only accept walk-in customers. I told them that this is not what they have sold me though - receptionist said she will confirm with the owner and call me back in 10 minutes. Half an hour later I called them again to follow up and receptionist advised the owner suggested me to come on 31st and pay the full price - so obviously they didn't honor the deals they are selling, nor they value the customers (potential)! I am surprised the owner thought I might be still interested in receiving their service?! :) Anyway I was very disappointed about wasted time, have claimed the refund and never go to this place - lucky there is a big choice of thai massages nearby! Greedy and not helpful. I purchased a voucher for a massage here and I had to book three weeks in advance because apparently that the soonest they had (unless I paid cash for one earlier) I tried to phone during business hours for a few days to confirm my appointment time, even leaving a message asking them to phone me. They did not phone back until it was after my appointment time and too late. I was to I forfeited my voucher and could not rebook. So dishonest to not answer their phone or call me back until it was too late. Simple thieves. read more
