The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

So, the options we had were to cut the whole tree or trim and prune. I chose to prune and trim to start with then eventually we'd go ahead and cut the rest with the stump. The day the laborers came out they ended up cutting down 4 branches, saying to me they're only following the contract and the tree is in good shape. I could go on but i'm trying to make it short. Meaning to have our trees treated would have been upwards of 3000. Mind you, we had 4 moderately-sized crape myrtles and a handful of saplings. There are far more transparent companies with much better customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.
