He is knowledgeable and understands how to talk to patients. We recently had an awful scare and was referred to a terrible cardiologist after our hospital discharge, thankfully Dr. Kaplowitz recommended a new group and they successfully treated my husband.

Dr Kaplowitz has been my primary for years. The negative reviews I read are completely false. For…read moreall those that wrote he does a lot of unnecessary testing your wrong. His office was the only office to discover my mother's Thyroid cancer by doing those tests you say are unnecessary. NO ONE else found my mother cancers and he caught it early my mother was treated with iodine pill and survived. As for me Dr Kaplowitz found things with me that a lot of other Dr didn't find and due to him finally finding what was wrong I got the proper treatmwnt. I have been misdiagnosed for so many years until I got to him. He discovered I have chrons when I was been treating for Fibromyalgia which I don't have. My heart conditim he found were I was being told it was anxiety. Those unnecessary tests those other patients wrote about let's see when cancer pops up and when other Doctors will find it. It will be too late. I put my life in the hands of Dr Kaplowitz anytime.

I have never written a review of a doctor's office before, but this place deserves everything I am…read moreabout to say. You are not a patient here. You are a number on a chart, a co-pay on a ledger, a body moving through a revolving door. If you're looking for personalized care, attentive follow-up, or even just a doctor who can remember your name, look elsewhere. Getting a prescription filled here is a bureaucratic odyssey. Ask a question about your test results or your own health? Expect silence, a wall, or a callback that never comes. But the moment your bill is due? Blistering efficiency. Speaking of tests, they've managed to run the wrong ones and skip the ones that were actually ordered. Twice. That's not a typo. For a practice with this much infrastructure, getting a basic blood panel or stool sample test right shouldn't be aspirational. And if you'd like your doctor's full attention during your appointment, I hope you're not competing with the nursing staff for it. I once witnessed a workplace flirtation situation, which was both unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Avoid if you value your health. New York has plenty of doctors.

Top of the list, every time I show up for an appointment, it starts as scheduled. Everyone is professional and courteous. There attention to detail is great from decor to cleanliness. Even the bathrooms are above and beyond expectations. Now on to one of the best doctors i had the pleasure to meet. She is a passionate and caring medical profession. In our first appointment she takes a detailed medical history and takes the time to understand all aspects of your history and current symptoms. Although she will treat the symptoms, she never loses focus on trying root cause. In a couple of instances, i need to go see specialists and she has only referred me to standout professionals in their respected fields. She is great and I highly recommend her. This is like riding first class in plane. (for Seinfeld fans) I don't think I can go back to sitting in coach. Btw, when I was out in San Francisco for business I need to see a doctor. I made a same day appointment at one of the San Francisco One Medical offices, which I received the same high level of service!
