His front desk staff is very kind and offers excellent customer service! Dr. Moore immediately put me at ease upon my arrival and welcomed me to the town of Fairfield. He actually took the time to explain all those big dental terms (that I usually just pretend to understand) and that was very appreciated. I felt extremely comfortable and to be honest it didn't feel like your typical commercial dental office, it felt like home. This office is family structured and they treat their patients like family, instead of chart numbers.
