At about 2:45 was taken to another room and a few more X-rays were done. At about 2:55 I was taken to another room and waited until about 3:35 and a "Hygenist" came in and talked to me about teeth cleaning. Recommending a "deep" cleaning. At 4:30 have still not seen Doctor to see about resetting crown. Every person I've been around talked about all these things they are "recommending" be done and all of them added up to a lot of money. Seemed like that's all they are concerned about is planning future customer income. I was hoping this would turn out better as I am looking for a permanent Dentist for future needs. But I'm not sure this is my place for future needs! X-ray tech was VERY friendly and apologetic for my wait. My time IS WORTH SOMETHING and I felt like I was part of a herd being culled through! Will definitely try another place!

Was told they were still waiting for a release from my doctor for the procedure, After over 3 months I was told to try and help them get the release, I called was informed they were faxing to wrong number , i obtained correct number for the clinic and it was faxed immediately back with their approval. In the meantime my ins plan had changed and they no longer covered this procedure. . They were suppose to verify any changes for 2026 but they didnt verify and I was told I was responsible for the deep cleaning. They only completed half the cleaning but charged for total cleaning. I felt this could have been avoided had things been done in timely manner it would have been covered in 2025 but due to their delay getting release in timely manner, it no longer was covered. Their attitude was not to take in ownership in handling the situation but only advised to get better ins, took no responsibility in the delays or verification of ins stating they only verify you are in network which is not true, ins staff said they were resposible for verifying coverage yearly which was not done. I asked for compliant line and was given managers phone who only had a attitude and took no resposibilty until confronted, only then saying they could have done things different. no intention to satisfy the concerns. been a long time patient.
