If I had to cancel because of the weather, they understood and would try to work a reschedule as soon as possible. It is true, what they say, if you are hurting more after PT than before you went in, you aren't doing it right. Listen to the people here, they know what they are talking about. I have hEDS; which makes me difficult to do PT. I've tried a lot of different things so far while here and haven't had a bad experience yet. All of the staff has been kind to me and they've been understand when I had to cancel last minute due to illness. I don't think I will "get better", but she might help me keep my condition from getting worse. Oh and they have a dog named Zeke that roams the office. Just be aware of that if you have allergies.

Not only did the therapists assigned to me communicate very well with each other, but also with the surgeon. The therapy was extremely helpful, and was made much easier by the very personable staff. I felt like I got to know them during my time there. I've given five stars because the system won't let me give any more!
