Dave works in an industry that usually involves a large amount of stress and complication and he does it fluidly, expertly and very comfortably... of course it helps that he's just a nice guy. I've used him for personal and business purposes and he's just been an all around great resource for me to have as someone I can call to bounce ideas or questions off of. I probably owe him hundreds more than he's actually billed me for, if he'd counted it on the clock every time I called. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for a business professional.

If you are honest with him about the situation he is willing to help and will do all he can. He has helped me with my elderly grandfathers case that went on far too long. He provided guidance, advice, and someone that I could trust in a difficult time with an elder law case. He is the best! I would recommend him to anyone needing elder law help. He is super nice as is his wife that works in the office as well. In accorance with the last review, I would probably owe David so much more money than he has charged me. He has done me such a huge favor by cutting costs and steering me in the right direction to save money with the attorney and elder law process in the long run. Awesome business professional, you will not be let down!!

JT only returns calls and texts after you send so many that it makes you as a client feel guilty that you're bugging him. approx 1 return call/text etc per month, after numerous were sent to him. JT chooses NOT to respond to basic requests, and questions regarding the case which is pretty sad from what is supposed to be your retained lawyer. going to have to take him to court to get my retainer fee back. JT couldn't even provide proof that the demand letter was ever even sent. which most likely he didn't even do that. very disappointed. i would stay as far away from JT Bowden as possible. only reason 1 star was given is because zero stars is not an option. JT Bowden is NOT a trustworthy lawyer. BEWARE. screenshots of JT's text messages stating he was being retained to file a lawsuit, with him stating the cost to do that, as well as the screenshots of 6 months later him back tracking and stating he never said that....to be posted soon.

JT got a plea for probation, after the pre sentence report when we went to sentencing the judge called him up and could be heard saying "why did I agree to probation?" She even told me from the bench "you better thank your lawyer he really did his job today" referring to her agreeing to the no jail time after he spoke a little on my behalf. Thanks JT :) he charged me a flat rate as to avoid hourly charges and allow him to postpone as much as needed and being out on bail I enjoyed all of the time. I also appreciate his confidence, he almost seemed cocky but comforting for sure and after seeing the results it's well deserved confidence I was indeed "just fine" as he assured I would be :) I WILL suggest him to anyone I know that needs a criminal attorney :)

Not Grima, him and his staff were with me every step of the way to make sure I did everything just right and my case to go smoothly. During our first consultation on the phone I knew he would be my lawyer because he was only concerned about what was best for me, even though he had been recommended to me by opposing counsel. The online counseling agency he recommended was the most reasonably priced and efficient. I recommend them as well.

What I can say is that I was represented better than I could have ever imagined for Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky. His office was highly professional and responsive. My needs were put first and were treated as a friend rather than just a client. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My emails always answered in no time and I can't remember any occasion that I called him and he could not talk to me. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. He did walk me through depositions, questionnaires and everything else. Sometimes little people that don't have money don't receive so much attention from their attorneys, but in my case (and I am sure this happens with each of his customers) Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky and his team fought hard for me. He always took a pragmatic approach to law and don't over complicate things unnecessarily. With that said, if a matter is complex they are very capable of handling it with success. He went above and beyond with very good strategies and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney. If you ever need someone that has decades of experience and can handle your case with maximum competence I will say call Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky office and schedule a consultation. Thank you so much, guys. You are the best!!!" Rose
