I will keep the these short. Wayne Kristall lied to the police to help his client violate our court order. He admitted to this in court. Plus, he was admonished by the Judge when the truth of this all came to light. On another occasion, Wayne Kristall threatened the staff in a DMC office and was such a nuisance that DMC asked us to seek a new medical care provider. (it should be noted that the reason that we were using this doctor was at Waynes insistence that the doctor since birth, was not a specialist.) After receiving an unfavorable mediation report, Wayne tried to attack her credibility having done no research, study or validation of the report or his own claims. You would do better alone than to have this person represent you in your case. Your children deserve better. Do not trust something this important to a person of such low consideration.

I am a retired Sergeant and Detective of which I had several cases in front of Attorney Steinberg. I have never seen an attorney be so tenacious about representing his client(s) and fighting for them to make sure that justice was on the right side and that his clients were treated fairly and equitable in front of district and circuit court judges. Attorney Steinberg is brilliant in his arguments and is even more so in cross examination. As a former Police Officer, he taught me that if you don't have all the facts in your case, he will punch holes through it! It is not about win or lose with Attorney Steinberg, it is about getting to the truth of the matter and representing on that.
