I then called the salon and told them the check-in feature wasn't working online and ask them to check me in. I was told they don't do that. I thought she was joking at first but she wasn't. I then drove to the salon. When I walked in, the wait was now 70 minutes! Now that I was in the building, I was checked in. This policy of not checking in people over the phone when the online check-in feature is not working is ridiculous. I sent a message to Great Clips customer service and got a swift reply from AI which was ridiculous in itself. The AI response is why I chose to take the time to type this review.
