Most salons are actually busy & have to check there schedules to get you in.The girl that was doing my hair(Kristen) was rude and unfriendly. The whole time she was doing my hair she didn't engage in any conversation with me what so ever. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & when she was finished my hair looked like the roots were touched up but that was it. Keep in mind that I asked for THICK blond highlights. Instead I got thin strands of blonde which didn't make my hair look bad but I didn't see much of a difference. She kept saying that's what I asked for, excuse me, I'm telling you that's not what I wanted at least have enough decency to fix your mistake.Then, I came home & my family didn't even notice that I got my hair done. If that's the reaction that I wanted then I would have dyed my hair from a box. I then came back to dispute the price b/c I was displeased & she said the only way she would fix my hair is if I paid double the price. & the reason my hair didn't look like the one in the picture was b/c my roots were grown out.. That's information she should have told me ahead of time. She should have said: hey, your roots are dark so it won't look like the picture & if you want the thick highlights it will cost more money. NOPE, instead she was extremely rude & then refused to fix my hair b/c I came back later that night b/c I was dissatisfied & didn't tell her immediately. Last time I checked I'm the customer & she should have ATLEAST been friendly & offered to re-do my hair. Unfortunately, I had to pay her the full price & I now have to go to a different salon & pay even more money because she couldn't do her job. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Office staff is horrible Had a spot removed and was told I…read morewould be called in a couple of days after 3 days I called and left a message to call me because they said thy would. No one called Two days later called again, still no call back. Then the weekend the Called a week and a day after biopsie, left a message saying if they didn't call by 1 that day I was coming in personally for my results at 2pm. Right after I left that message, the nurse called and said that Dr. Schenberg wanted to talk to me was I available? Of course I said yes I am. She said that she had been trying to get hold all week, that I had put down a wrong phone number and I said I really don't think so and she said oh yes you did and that being said she told me I had melanoma and I needed to get to a surgeon immediately. Now I worked in an office and I know how to get a hold of people at the phone number is wrong number one. You can check on the Internet because I do have a home phone and I looked at our appointment book to see who is done with me are in my paperwork to see who my emergency call was and this is why I knew she could get a hold of me. I asked her to please send me a copy of the lab report. Upon receiving it, I checked the day was sent back to her, and it was the day after the biopsy was done. And then she tells me that I have to see a surgeon immediately when they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know it was already back pretty rotten I think. I wouldn't go here for my life counter on it which by the way, your life does counter, especially if you have melanoma. It is the fastest growing cancer. Luckily I was able to get into a surgeon, Dr Alldridge and he got me in immediately, and I was taken care of. My cancer was a size of a pencil eraser and he had to put a 5 inch incision and to be able to get it all out and then of course he took out three length notes to make sure that it hadn't moved in there. And over the weekend after she had taken that biopsy and did have the results,the incision area where she took it off had become terribly infected. It had a red ring around. It was warm to the touch and looked angry. I don't know how this place stays in business. I would get this place a -000, but that is not an option. Don't go there if you value your life.

I did the hour massage and it actually went an hour and 15 minutes because she said she felt bad she did not have time to "even" me out. I don't think I would ever complain about getting a longer massage. Not only did she give a great massage she provided me with a bottle of water when I left. A++ service!
