She talks to you like a human being and not a client. I told her what I was looking for and she jumped right on it and we were looking at houses that same day! Her extensive background in real estate and property investments makes her different from other realtors because she can point out pros and cons of any property right when you enter the home. She explains what opportunities there will be and any pitfalls that you could potential come across so her background in home improvements comes into play to help enhance her abilities as a realtor! When we found the perfect house; Betty jumped right into action and submitted our offer to the seller. She stayed on top of the listing agent and communicated with me every step of the process. If the seller wasn't responding she would follow up repeatedly until they respond. That's what you want a realtor that someone that truly cares about you and making sure you get a great deal. After the inspection period was done; Betty submitted our requests for repairs and she didn't let up until all our request for repairs was done and done right with a license professional repairman and not just any mediocre contractor. I really appreciate this part because the work would be warranted and that piece of mind is priceless. Buying home can be a very stressful situation but with Betty it seems like it was a walk in the park. Betty didn't seem like a realtor to me but more like a friend. She will always call, text, or email you back right away with any concerns you may have, every step of the buying process with updates, and even after closing to follow up and the house and the move. I truly value her skills and ability to do her job to the best of her abilities. I wouldn't be able to purchase this home without her! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience! They…read moredo not want to pay to fix anything and they leave renters in bad living situations, they just want money It is a private equity firm that owns it and a bunch of other bad apartments in other states. My friend has had a leaking roof in his bedroom for 5-6 months now since winter storms and they have been saying the management company does not want to pay to have a contractor fix. Its ridiculous! The appliances are outdated and they will not replace his fridge that is going out and making loud noises, doors are broken, locks broken, hallways are a mess and have not seen anyone clean common areas in more than a year. A fire happened a few months ago and a facade is still just burnt with no work happening on it. Just avoid at all costs!

The following year, my lease was up for renewal. I asked if the pool was going to be open. That was the reason I chose this property. I was told yes. So I renewed with an 18mo lease. The pool opened late and was open for a week, same issue. All the water drained out. Pool closed again. So then the manager quit. We got a new manager. Shortly after, there was a power outage at the office. So no one to take calls. No manager on site. Maintenance was still here. We had a snowstorm, the lot didn't get plowed for days. I walked over to talk to maintenance and they said the company was supposed to be out and they were trying to reach them. Then the cleaning crew for the hallways stopped coming for a couple of months. I inquired about that. They said a new company was starting. Well that got resolved. So then we stopped seeing maintenance. Residents had work orders that weren't being taken care of. They couldn't reach anyone. This has been going on for a month. Then I started getting water coming through my ceiling this past weekend. I called the emergency maintenance number. Left a message, no return call. I tried corporate. I got a message saying voice mailbox was full. I emailed and it was returned with a message stating access denied. Whatever that means. So this morning, I noticed people at the maintenance shop. I walked over and talked to them. They discovered the issue with the leak. In the meanwhile, those people are here helping from a different property. Our maintenance team had quit. I can totally understand why. There is no communication and we still have no means to contact maintenance after hours. It's chaos over here. I'm on a waiting list for another apartment. I absolutely do not recommend moving here.
