This is the worst hair cut i have ever get in my life. I came in with a long V-shape layer hair. I told her i only want cut 3inches and keep my V-shape layer style. She didnt listen and chopped it for 6-7inches. My hair is so short and uneven now. No where close to what i asked for. They dont understand how long it take to grow long hair. This is so disappointing. I have been crying all night after this cut. Definitely will never come back and do not recommend to any one.

The stylist was halfway through a highlight on another customer after waiting 20 minutes when she sent the customer to process, she walked up to me and said are you still wanting to get your highlights today? The whole purpose of the appointment was for me the way she said it was very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable that if I said, yes, she would be upset and I didn't want someone upset doing my hair and if I said no, she was happy to take the boys then in the middle, so she cut all three boys hair she had text messaged me a price I go up to pay the girl at the desk says to me that's two little boys haircuts an adult male men's haircut and a partial highlight. It was all I could do not to say do I look like I got my hair highlighted when we were only there in an hour and a half.. the price was way more then she had text me . She did not wash or dry the boys hair. on top of it, she says to me well we could've done your highlights but I need to finish the other customer firsts seriously I am going to wait an hour while she finished her. I don't have the time and she knew how hard it is for me to come on weekdays. she still had a customer that just had her foils removed and was just washed by "an assistant who still was getting a cut and blowout. I think it was rude. It was disrespectful and she owes me an apology. I will never go there again. Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I've only had one bad experience here and that's when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said "OMG, I'm not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter". She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don't seem to have fast or enough cashiers to help out which is absolutely frustrating. Overall, I won't go to anyone else but Codey!

I went to Ulta today to exchange one item from my online pickup order from two days ago. I walk up to pick my order and the young lady there seemed so bothered. I always try to make small talk but she was not in the mood to chat or even say thank you (they were not busy). Much less make eye contact. I went in today to exchange a product . I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelique. Wow! she is not nice and extremely rude. I went and exchanged the product for the same price point and brand. I just wanted a different color. . However, I had used a coupon with the initial online order. The price went from $25 to $20 with the discount. She starts to reprimand me says she will do me a favor and "honor" the price. Honey, I work retail and I know how even exchanges work so don't act high and mighty. Standing there raising her voice at me! I said both items are exactly the same price. Same brand. Just different color. When she started to raise her voice, I said to her that I will go get the same finish. She further stated that it has to do satin vs. matte. Okay! Had I ordered it online, I would have used that coupon and received the matte with the discount. Point of story is that this is my 3rd visit to this particular Ulta. I love, love the selection but after today I will not go back. Maybe I have been going when the "D" squad is on shift. I will take my business to another location or go back to shopping at another beauty supply store. So very disappointed. This Ulta needs to clean house and start over I am so bothered by how I was treated, I am going to return the product and when they ask why. My answer will be "repeated, poor customer service". I have given this store too many chances. Angelique and the other rude staff, please learn what customer service means. Dear Angelique, I am old enough to be your grandmother. Learn some respect young lady.
