I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelique. Wow! she is not nice and extremely rude. I went and exchanged the product for the same price point and brand. I just wanted a different color. . However, I had used a coupon with the initial online order. The price went from $25 to $20 with the discount. She starts to reprimand me says she will do me a favor and "honor" the price. Honey, I work retail and I know how even exchanges work so don't act high and mighty. Standing there raising her voice at me! I said both items are exactly the same price. Same brand. Just different color. When she started to raise her voice, I said to her that I will go get the same finish. She further stated that it has to do satin vs. matte. Okay! Had I ordered it online, I would have used that coupon and received the matte with the discount. Point of story is that this is my 3rd visit to this particular Ulta. I love, love the selection but after today I will not go back. Maybe I have been going when the "D" squad is on shift. I will take my business to another location or go back to shopping at another beauty supply store. So very disappointed. Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I've only had one bad experience here and that's when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said "OMG, I'm not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter". She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don't seem to have fast or enough cashiers to help out which is absolutely frustrating. Overall, I won't go to anyone else but Codey!
