From the beginning to the end, Jazmin is an expert at her craft and handles everything with ease. Prior to my appointment, I sent her several examples of the makeup look I was wanting to have accomplished for my photo session. On the day of my appointment, Jazmin was prompt and punctual. She was ready to go and waiting for me in her studio with her entire setup, which consisted of the works: client chair, music, makeup, lighting, and plenty of air conditioning in this crazy heat. Jazmin explained to me the different looks that I had sent to her and she consulted with me on what she recommended after finding out the time and location of the photoshoot along with knowing the colors I would be wearing. She analyzed my skins texture and went to work. I just wanted to let you know again how much I appreciate everything you did to put me at ease when it came to giving me a beautiful makeup look for my family portraits. Jazmin is very down to earth, has a gorgeous personality and a magnificent vibe. She understood what I was trying to accomplish for myself and she delivered! I've only seen a few sneak peek photos from the photographer's professional digital camera and needless to say, they are stunning. The photographer wanted to know who I hired to do my makeup because she said my makeup was so beautiful and perfect for the outdoor photo session. Jazmin made sure that my makeup wouldn't budge or smear despite the excessive heat we've been experiencing this summer and she did just that. 8 hours later, my makeup was still looking fresh and beautiful. She has a very amenable and friendly disposition, which created a collaborative atmosphere. For my bridal preview/bridal trial, she took the time to explain the products that she was using to get the make up look that I wanted for my day and she was very meticulous that the product she used did not irritate my very sensitive skin. I went to a stylist before Alexis who made my hair a very light blond that did not go well with my complexion. After doing some research, I found Alexis who said she can help me achieve my hair goals. Alexis takes her time in coming up with the right color combination. JoAnn Salgado replied to my request quickly for an updo hairstyle and make-up for the wedding as a…read moremother of the groom plus a girlfriend for a total makeover.  Jo Ann is very professional, and from the very start of our discussions, she laid out plans on how and what we should be putting together such as our preferred hairstyles and glam makeup.  She's very detailed in her approach and scheduled a digital meeting before the week of the actual day.   On our actual scheduled day, she came right on time, complete with all her essential tools and devices from lights to two set of chairs and other make-up paraphernalia. JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles.
