The machine is self-explanatory if you have the Kodak app, or there are also phone cables available for you to plug into. The clerk at the desk was very helpful, and speaks English (a plus)! To note: Once you put in your order on the machine for the photos, the clerk must come over and enter a password in order for your photos to print. You then take your photos and receipt to the counter to pay. This location also has several self-service computers. And of course, they offer full-service printing needs. It's the equivalent of the office services you would find at a FedEx Office location back in the US (minus the shipping). Service was pleasant and I will def revisit for my printing needs.

If you're visiting Prague and flying Ryanair and want to avoid the €20 "reprint boarding pass fee"…read morescam, this is a great place to go. They have a 29CZK minimum cost to do anything there which is far less than €20, and this was plenty of time to log into ryanair and print our boarding passes. The staff was friendly and the computers worked well. Would highly recommend!!

Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long time. I came in looking to have…read moresome business cards made. Simple request, and I speak czech just fine. First of all ms. Rumplikova who was working there snapped at me when it was my turn, banging on a sign with their email address so I could send her my files to print. I did so, and she went to the next customer and made me wait, despite my being ready to send it right away. When she got back to me, she looked at the files and I explained my request. She interrupted me saying "I don't understand," rudely and abruptly. I carefully explained what I wanted. She complained that they were very busy. Ok... so can she do the order? Yes. She will let me know when it's done. I get an email from her later in the day saying the won't do it. Not that she's sorry. Not that they can do it later. They won't do it. Terrible customer service, unprofessional approach, rude, and a waste of time. Never again.

You can use more than one self-service copier at a time. Be aware that the self-service copiers time out after a few minutes so you may need to tap the card repeatedly. Also I had trouble copying documents of more than about six pages at a time, so I had to break up larger jobs into smaller units. They also have computers for printing from a flash drive.
