Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long time. I came in looking to have some business cards made. Simple request, and I speak czech just fine. First of all ms. Rumplikova who was working there snapped at me when it was my turn, banging on a sign with their email address so I could send her my files to print. I did so, and she went to the next customer and made me wait, despite my being ready to send it right away. When she got back to me, she looked at the files and I explained my request. She interrupted me saying "I don't understand," rudely and abruptly. I carefully explained what I wanted. She complained that they were very busy. Ok... so can she do the order? Yes. She will let me know when it's done. I get an email from her later in the day saying the won't do it. Not that she's sorry. Not that they can do it later. They won't do it. Terrible customer service, unprofessional approach, rude, and a waste of time. Never again. read more
