I am now on my 3rd amendment (things change) and Cynthia has been very responsive, explaining the options and providing her best recommendations. I once needed a new deed when I moved property from personal ownership to a rental LLC. When I needed to move back into the LLC property she saved me a bundle by counseling me to give a long-term lease to myself so I could avoid title transfer from myself to, well, myself. ;-) I was still able to obtain the "homestead exemption" from Kauai County. I'm now out of state on an extended, multi-month, trip but Cynthia has been outstanding responding to my unanticipated needs by providing an outline of my options and explaining concisely what those options meant. No gobble-gook repeating the same thing over and over again trying to inflate her time charge as I've experienced with way too many lawyers. I also appreciate that she's always happy so very easy to communicate with.

I met Laycie a few years ago through a mutual client of ours in the Vacation and property industry…read more She was amazing and we very quickly became collaborators on multiple projects as well as hiring of each other for our jobs and even our business. You see, why strive so hard at something you aren't an expert at, if you know someone that can not only do it much better, but that also can streamline the process, and as a consequence you end up with a superior result and it saves you money. Since time is money, one thing I have learned being an owner is, spend the money for the best and the results you gain because of that quickly supersede what dollars it cost you. What Laycie can do with your business will astound you. She puts your goals, ideas and yes, even your shortcomings, into a tangible plan so as to make it possible to accomplish. She organizes all pertinent information into a single space for a one stop shop of legal and password protected information so if you need it you have it quickly and securely. Her social media marketing abilities, well, they are just incredible. She always finds a way to make them meaningful and with the proper tags etc to keep your algorithm growing. She also identifies with your focus and dreams and creates it into your "story" to share all while connecting with the local community. I have used her at some of my properties for care-taking management of the estate and my clients and I were not disappointed in the least. She even thinks of the extras and ensures all (even pets) runs smoothly and everything is cared for. I would highly recommend her services to any business that is ready to streamline their information, boost their social presence, or are in need of reliable, trustworthy and first class representation.
