My daughters had their makeup done by Brittany for senior photos. This was the first time getting it done professionally and they don't normally wear much makeup. From the get go, communication was great and she was super flexible after our photographer had to change dates. She came to our house and was prompt and incredibly sweet. She did such a great job! She was able to really enhance their beauty, yet still keep them looking natural and not too heavily made up. The girls were hesitant about false lashes at first but they were very natural and completed the look beautifully. I'm so glad I decided to invest in professional make up for these photos. They just wouldn't have been the same without her touch. read more

Brittney! What an amazingly wonderful MUA. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with even with location changes. I hired her to do my makeup for a wedding I was officiating. I absolutely loved my look. I showed her my idea and let her take it from there. I received TONS of compliments. My makeup last the entire day and then some also which just let's me know She uses quality products. And she is a total sweetheart which is a total plus. I will definitely hire her again. read more

Booked Brittany again for another event and she was nothing but AMAZING! I had to be in SF from the East Bay by 930am so Brittany was so flexible in getting my make up done for me early in the morning! She checked in with me the day before to finalize timing and showed up right on time. I never know what kind of look I actually want besides " more done up " and even with no guidance from me besides some last minute pictures I saved because I liked their ~vibe~, Brittany is amazing at making me look exactly how I wanted! She's literally so talented at this and I'm so thankful because I'm horrible at explaining what I think I want. My make up lasted literally all day, which is a feat given how oily my skin gets and we went all over SF for this event... still looked bomb by the time I took it off at 10pm! Brittany is so personable, calming, and quick! I'll be booking Brittany again the next time I have an event! read more

Brittany did a fantastic job in both the trial session and wedding day. For someone who does her make-up regularly and is very familiar with most of the product available, I was very impressed with her work. As anyone can imagine, I've somewhat figured out what works and doesn't work for my facial features and skin tone. She nailed the various points that I wanted at first try, but more importantly took into consideration the notes that I had provided. She gave me options on going more or less in certain features of the make-up. I had a vision of how O wanted the make-up done, and she made it happen. I highly recommend Brittany. She is very professional and was able to work very well with the hairstylist. Everything about the hair and make-up was executed flawlessly! I am definitely asking for her help again next year for our anniversary party. read more

VERY TALENTED MAKE UP ARTIST - LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Brittany is truly a one in a million find! She has this unique ability to transform you into a glowing Goddess. I've had my make-up done by her on 3 different occasions: two of my best friend's weddings and my own wedding day. Each time she never seems to amaze me with her craft. I love how she applies the make-up so effortlessly, it's light and airy (doesn't feel cakey at all - where I've felt that in the past from other make-up artists). Brittany uses high quality make-up and lashes are included with her fee - bonus! The photos speak for themselves. I always feel so beautiful and ready to conquer the world. She's on my speed dial and I will continue to only go to Brittany for all my special occasion needs. Highly recommend her! read more

I had a makeup lesson with Brittany to refresh my routine and products. Before the lesson, she was very detailed with what I could expect to walk away with and she did not disappoint! We had a 2-hour makeup lesson where we did my makeup from start to finish. She did half my face and then I would practice on the other side so she could correct pressure, application, etc. She is a great teacher, very patient and makes you feel very comfortable! She also integrated some of my existing products and brushes, which I loved! I was hoping to refresh my everyday look and the final look was exactly what I was hoping for! She also taught me a few tricks to help elevate for a going out look. After the lesson, she emailed me detailed notes about the application and which additional brushes and products I could add into my existing routine. Her level of detail, responsiveness, and her ability to teach really sets her apart. I highly recommend her. She is fantastic! read more

Brittany was more than great, she was PHENOMINAL! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Brittany did my makeup for my wedding and it by far exceeded my expectations. Due to Covid, we had to make a few changes to our wedding, and Brittany was flexible and communicative throughout the entire process not only for my own makeup, but for my entire bridal party as well including the mother of the groom and mother of the bride. During our trial, she was very attentive when I showed her ideas, and was extremely supportive when we talked through different looks and ideas so we were able to nail the perfect day of wedding look. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel and look stunning on my wedding day. She's also extremely professional, yet easy going and made all of us feel very comfortable. My makeup also stayed all night even in the July heat. It looked just as good at the end of the night after hours of dancing as it did after application. If you are looking for a MUA - look no further - Brittany is your girl! If I could hire her for every event, I seriously would. read more

Brittany is the absolute best! She is going to bring such a calming sweet energy to your day and just does a phenomenal job. I'm a professional boudoir photographer and I use Brittany for every single one of my photo shoots. She listens to your want's and needs. If you want a soft more natural look, she's got you, if you want a more made up glam look, she's got you! She is reliable and very professional on top of doing an amazing job. It's hard to come by makeup artist's like her. She will show up early and dressed nice and has never once called out on a work day. Before finding Brittany I've had flaky artists or artist that show up in sweats for an unprofessional look. You won't regret booking her for your photoshoot, wedding day or any other big event, she's the absolute best! read more

Brittany was kind, accommodating, and amazing at doing make-up for all skin types and styles! I stumbled upon her yelp page and took a chance based on past reviews. I booked her for myself and my mom. She checked in a couple days before to confirm and showed up 5 minutes early to get settled in. She asked what color dress my mom and I planned to wear in order to best match the look we wanted to go for. She knew exactly what to do. It was my moms first time ever having her make-up done, so we were both a little nervous. But without needing to do a trial, I was confident that Brittany would execute and she did! My mom looked and felt beautiful all thanks to Brittany! I'm not a fan of heavy make-up and prefer a neutral/soft look with some glitz. It was perfect and lasted all night. I was sad to remove it. Review of services received in June A friend and I wanted to learn more about makeup application, beyond online videos as we don't absorb much that way. As busy moms, we wanted to develop an everyday look that didn't take much time and used only a handful of products as well as options to build upon the everyday look for a night out. We needed to be hands on to learn and have masks off for the full look (fully vaccinated). Brittany came to us for a makeup tutorial. She is vaccinated and respectfully wore a mask. She brought her makeup and also asked us to bring ours so she could get a sense of what we have and use currently to incorporate in. This was key as we weren't looking to purchase an entire new collection of makeup, she helped us learn how to make the best use of the products we currently have and include our current products in the routine as much as possible. Brittany talked us through the entire process including skin care routine. She applied makeup to one side of our faces and coached us through the other side as we applied ourselves. Can't emphasize enough how important it was to get immediate feedback on technique in order to learn and improve. Brittany is such a patient person. She didn't rush, despite us going over time, wasn't pushy or salesy, she worked within our comfort zone. Brittany gave us detailed notes on the products we used as we as reminders on application technique for future reference. We had such a fun time working with Brittany and will call on her again for special occasion makeup application in the future. read more

Brittany is beyond amazing! I was looking for someone to do my makeup for my son's one year family photos. She replied to my inquiries so fast, was professional, and so sweet. She showed up on time/ early to set up and was respectful of my time. My makeup looked perfect and she listened to what I wanted. Not only did she do my makeup but helped me put some curls in my hair. She is the best! My makeup and hair looked amazing and she was a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy to have met Brittany, she's a makeup QUEEN! I first met Brittany in June 2021 when she was hired to do the wedding makeup for a friend, and I had so much fun sitting in her chair, talking makeup, asking questions, and just fully geeking out on the thing we both love - makeup! We talked products, tips and tricks, and she accomplished a wonderful feat - she made me love false eyelashes! I had only worn them once before at a prior wedding, and they drove me crazy all day, I could see them and they were poking my eye. I just thought they weren't for me, and I shared this with Brittany, who said give me a chance, we'll find the perfect set for you. And sure enough! She selected perfectly dreamy lashes for me, they were super comfortable, and gave me the experience that I wanted to have - just a supernatural level of glam! The final makeup was gorgeous - I asked for a purple smokey eye to match my dress, and the compliments were endless. I took so many pictures to replicate her techniques, and I still use them all today! She not only made me and the bride perfectly lovely, she's an extraordinary teacher. I was thrilled when the opportunity came up at work only 6 months later to hire a makeup artist for my company's website photo shoot. I reached out to Brittany on Instagram, and she responded quickly to discuss pricing and dates for our 6 person (4 women, 2 men) shoot. On shoot day I unfortunately had to ask her to arrive at our office before sunrise, and it was totally fine! And even with a couple bumps throughout the day due to timing on our end, she remained totally sweet, professional and patient. Another 45 minutes of makeup geek talk in her chair while we took makeup for me in a whole new direction, the soft glam a professional shoot requires (but still with falsies, hooray!). All my coworkers praised her work and professionalism, and talked about how they had never worn false eyelashes so comfortable or been so happy with pro makeup. Best of all, the photographer we worked with for our website shoot loved her work, and so now they're working together as well. Brittany's work just keeps bringing people together, it must be so gratifying! I will happily continue to work with Brittany for all my pro makeup needs (we chatted about Halloween makeup too, and that prospect is SUPER exciting!). She made me and all around me feel our best when we needed it most, and best of all she taught me, and will make me better in my day to day to makeup. I simply couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended! read more

I am so glad I found Brittany to do my makeup for my wedding day. I had a few trials with other makeup artists before finding Brittany, and wasn't happy with the outcome. Brittany's makeup on me made me feel beautiful and natural. She is quick to respond, a great listener, and very personable. We did my trial, and it was just what I was looking for. A natural look, with accents, and not heavily coated. She worked well with my allergies and was flexible while we tested all of the brands. The day of the wedding she was on time, fun to work with, and did my makeup the same as the trial. She did the whole bridal party on the correct timeline, and made sure we were all set to go for photos. Thank you Brittany for making me feel so beautiful on the most important day! read more

This past weekend I had my makeup done by Brittany and I can't emphasize enough how amazing it came out! Brittany did such an amazing job and made me feel truly beautiful. I showed her a photo of the "look" I was going for and she created it to the tee. I've had my makeup done many times and there is always something that I comment on changing a little when I see the final look; adding a little more blush or less eye shadow because it's too dramatic, etc. With Brittany when she handed me the mirror I was in awe because it was everything I wanted and more! There was nothing I wanted to change! Also, she was super easy to work with and very responsive by text and scheduling with her was a breeze. I love knowing she is close by because I will use her again. Thank you Brittany! Also she truly isn't the sweetest and gave lots of great makeup tips. read more

Brittany did my hair and makeup for a girls' day up in wine country. She also did a makeup lesson with me where she did the makeup on one side of my face and then she coached me on doing the makeup on the other side. Both times Brittany made me look the best I have ever looked. For the girls' day, she got my look exactly right, and for the makeup lesson, she worked with me on an everyday look that I loved and was exactly what I was hoping to learn from her. Both times I felt amazing the entire day. I completely 100% slept in both makeups in an attempt to keep it going for a second day. Brittany was phenomenal at finding the colors and products that were right for me and the look that I was going for. She has tons of color and palette options in her cute portable studio setup. Her glam rolly cart of makeup trunks easily glided to my kitchen (where she was doing my makeup) and holds about as much makeup as a Neiman Marcus. She also brought a foldable high makeup chair that is super comfortable to sit in while she works her makeup magic on you. She knows about current beauty trends and is super knowledgeable about all things makeup, beauty, and techniques for applying. Brittany is thorough and precise, but she works efficiently. During the lesson, she was patient and encouraging. As a follow-up to the lesson, she texted me a report of what makeup we used and which brushes should be used for what makeup so that I could use it as a shopping list to start practicing on my own. Besides being a genius at makeup, Brittany's also just a delightful person to be around. I am definitely going to go to her for all special occasions and photoshoots. I wish she could do my hair and makeup every day! read more

Brittany is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Brittany did my makeup for my wedding in October 2019, and also for my mom and sister. We have never looked better! Brittany is absolutely awesome!!! She has done my makeup several times for different events. From wedding engagement photos to maternity photos, to most recently newborn photos. She is a versatile makeup artist who can achieve the look you are going for (i.e. for me personally we did a more dramatic look for engagement photos and a softer look for newborn photos). She always makes sure to communicate with you on the type of look you want and if you aren't sure she is there to give you advice. This review is long overdue. Brittany is fabulous in many levels. Period. TALENT: Brittany has done my makeup several times for various occasions. I've hired her for a couple of photo shoots: professional and personal and for events. IMO the key to a talented make-up artist is the ability to make a person look presentable and flawless specific to that one occasion or event. Case in point: for my professional shoot, B did just the right amount of make up, with the right amount of accentuation so that I look put together in a professional manner. For my personal shoot, the makeup was more casual and colors tied with the outfit and surroundings and time. Brittany listens to your needs. She takes her time to discuss options and what suggestions she has, building on your needs and from there she goes into her god given talent to make you look good. PERSON: Personally, I love Brittany. She is the sweetest human I know. I first met her at Neiman Marcus and from there I fell in love with her demeanor, kindness, and genuineness. She takes her time to get to know you. She cares for you, but most importantly she authentically presents herself to you as she is. She is never pushy, but simply let's you be. OVERALL: I cannot sing enough praise about Brittany. She is a FAB-ulous make up artist and person. She is reliable and punctual. She listens. She is talented. She is authentic, kind and so darn sweet. Do yourself a favor: unless you're Beyoncé, you will NOT wake up flawless ... your only option is to hire Brittany to look flawless. read more

Brittany is an absolute dream to work with. I am so thankful that we found her, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. We had our wedding scheduled for May of 2020, and Brittany and I did a trial run in February to make sure we were on the same page for "the look". Covid did impact the type of ceremony we had, and Brittany was extremely flexible in scheduling and keeping in touch before the big day. She ended up doing makeup for me, my bridesmaid, and mom. She listened to everyone's requests and did a fantastic job on all. We were all thrilled with our makeup that day! In addition, Brittany has the type of energy you want on your big day. It was such a stroke of good fortune that I was put in contact with Brittany for my wedding makeup! She was absolutely phenomenal! I don't wear much makeup at all and am not very well versed in anything related to makeup, but she worked incredibly hard to make sure I was comfortable with my look. She explained everything she was doing, step by step, and adjusted to make it exactly what I had hoped for, even with my limited vocabulary for what I wanted. I felt like an absolute vision of beauty on my wedding day due to her hard work. I could not have been happier with the entire experience, and I will be enthusiastically recommending her services to anyone I know who needs an incredible makeup artist. I can't say enough great things about Britney! I was in such a pinch, coming to a new area for a three day studio video production. I had forgotten to schedule my make up artist and she really came through for me! I searched through all the make up artists in this area and she is the only one that I felt confident could deliver the type of look I was going for. It was one of the best decisions I made for this shoot! My make up turned out so good! After eight hours of shooting under hot lights and lots of stress my make up was still perfect! I wasn't shiny or anything. Even my lips and my liner in my tear line were perfectly intact. She really is so professional! I will be coming back to this area for more shoots coming up here soon and I'm going to book her out way in advance to make sure I can schedule with her again. If you were thinking about hiring Brittany, don't think twice, just do it! The only reason I am giving her five stars is because there is no option to give her 10! read more

Brittany is a joy to work with. As with many brides recently, my wedding plans were completely derailed by COVID. I'm so glad I held on to Brittany even when our plans changed and we got married in a different location that was further from her. She was so flexible with all the changes. I felt so comfortable deciding on a makeup look and she was very attentive. I always stress out when getting fake lashes because they inevitably end up coming loose by the end of the day. Brittany is the sweetest & most talented makeup artist! I had contacted her after doing some research on Yelp looking for a makeup artist in my area for my engagement party. Her demeanor is so sweet and kind and she made me feel like I was in good hands. I told her a little bit of my makeup vision but I totally trusted what she would do. I have had some acne breakouts lately and I felt so confident and sexy with my makeup. It was good coverage and I loved what she did with my eyes, she made them pop!
