There are 2 zipper entrances and you must close one before opening the other otherwise the bubble will deflate and collapse on you. It's best to have an adult readily available to help the kids or hire an attendant. I had been in contact with Sara for months and she has been so great to work with! I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier.
