This is my fourth time renting from 909 Jumpers and my second time with this exact jumper, which is…read moremy kid's favorite: it has a big slide and an obstacle area. One time during the pandemic I tried an independent operator--what a joke! They canceled on me THE MORNING OF my party and I had only 2 hours to find a replacement. I couldn't have been more sad that I hadn't simply booked with 909 Jumpers, they'll totally reliable and when I have an extra request (need the jumper partially on asphalt driveway, need a different delivery time) they always do their best with minimal up charges (heads up: a jumper on asphalt/concrete is an up charge and with good reason, I don't mind a small fee for them to ensure the jumper is safe and won't be damaged!). That party was rescued by a small jumper from a local party store, but kids really do enjoy the big jumpers a lot more. 909 Jumpers is the best: great prices, professional staff, very good selection. Don't gamble your big event going with unprofessional operators, it's not worth it and 909 Jumpers prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

I have never experienced this level of service from a bounce house rental company... They even disinfected the entire bounce house in front of us before the party! I would recommend this company to anyone who asks... as long as they don't want the same rental I want on the same day (just kidding... kind of) We got the "Fortress Combo With Dual Slide and Cotton Candy Machine" for my daughters 5th birthday. And it was a hit! It easily fit the 11 kids that we had. They had so much fun cycling through the jump area and slides (many slide races)... thank goodness we had the sugar in the cotton Candy to keep the kids going! The adults took their turn in it after the kids were done, and I am pretty confident when I say that we had just as much (maybe even more) fun as the kids! For the cotton Candy machine- adults definitely need to make the cotton Candy... it was a little Difficult at first, but once we got it figured out it was great! We had a lot of fun using it... and now it has become a requested staple of birthdays... yes after only one time! Again: great products, excellent service from genuinely nice people. I think everyone should give them a shot!
