Appointments were…read morefrequently rescheduled, and it often felt like I was being fit into last-minute canceled appointments rather than receiving reliable scheduling. Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

She only does full home cleaning, which sometimes takes up to 8 hours. Regardless of the amount of time it takes or if there are special areas I want Martha to focus on, she always sticks to the flat rate that she originally estimated. In the past I have had issues with cleaning companies wanting to charge extra for floors, or windows or blinds, etc but Martha insists that it is included in her price because she always wants to do a good job! She is a very kind woman and I trust her in my home. I work from home so there are days when I am here the entire time and I can see how diligent and thorough she is, other days I am called away for meetings or errands and I fully trust her to be in my home alone. I have severe allergies so she is always considerate in the cleaners that are used and takes the time to get all of the dust out of my loft, including under the bed, behind furniture and even dusting the air conditioning vents! She does top notch cleaning for an incredibly reasonable price! I could not recommend Martha more highly!
