I…read morescheduled and was charged for a three hour move-in cleaning that was supposed to include the refrigerator as well. Since February, I have been noticing areas that were supposed to be cleaned but were obviously not cleaned since the previous owner. But after discovering today that they never deep cleaned the refrigerator and knowing that when I drove by the empty house after less than three hours had passed since they arrived but was still charged for three hours, I hit my breaking point and wanted to warn others. Not to mention the office staff called the day before to say they couldn't make it during their promised time and made me feel like an inconvenience when I explained they had to live up to their commitment because no one would be able to let them in otherwise.

Carpet looked alittle better except there were no visible witness marks from any type of cleaning. Many remaining stains and the smell of urine was very evident. Asked them if it was cleaned and why it didn't look or smell cleaned and was assured it was extracted.....?! 2. The tile floor had areas that we had to reclean to remove visible dirt and marks. 3. Corners of floors and ceiling areas had debris and cobwebs. A relative of mine that helped us move does professional cleaning and called owner to discuss their manner of cleaning and to share advice. Owner was at job site and said all areas were cleaned and that it was dirtier than expected when he arrived and they did best they could. We recommended they stick with commercial cleaning as their standards for residential are unsatisfactory. Would not recommend them.
