Melissa was great! She walked us through every step of our trip to Playa del Carmen from start to finish. She was quick to respond on every question we had leading up to our trip. She gave us such detailed instructions, we never needed to contact her on our trip. We will definitely use her again! read more

My wife and I chose to work with Melissa to assist with planning our honeymoon since it was our first time traveling out of the country. We went to a resort in Cabo, Mexico. Melissa was outstanding to work with from the very first call we had throughout our entire trip. If we ever had any questions, she was quick to respond with all the information we needed. I've never worked with a travel agent before, but I won't be doing any major travel without working with Melissa in the future; she was invaluable! I felt like she definitely went above and beyond for us making sure we didn't have to stress (as if having our wedding the day before we leave for Mexico wasn't stressful enough!). She even caught an error that the resort made with our final payment at the last second and stayed up into the wee hours of the morning on hold with them to make sure our resort didn't drop us last minute. 10/10 experience. I've been using this company for about two years now. Getting an Uber/Lyft from the airport home…read moreis easy enough, but the other way around has been a gamble for availability, especially for something very early in the morning. Since I can't trust Uber/Lyft to give me a ride to the airport at 4am (even with a confirmed scheduled ride), I rely on these guys instead and have yet to be disappointed. They've been very reliable and always arrive on-time (usually early). With clean cars, professional and friendly drivers, and authorization to use the Peach Pass lanes, they're everything you'd want in a chauffeur service. I use them now for all my business trips.
