Tiffany recommended that we meet with her fairly early in our planning process so she could get a good feel of what was top of the list for us to see/do during our trip to Italy. During that time, she also gave us tons of info on each city so we could do a little more research and learn of a few other ideas we had not thought about prior to our meeting. The Global Escapes team is so knowledgeable and easy to work with! They are quick to respond to emails (that's a big plus in my opinion!) and very detail oriented. They made sure we had a detailed daily itinerary of what we were doing with times, street locations/addresses and the names of who would be leading our tours. We were even greeted in our hotel room with an unexpected but awesome welcome gift from Global Escapes! Tiffany set up all of our transportation, both cars and train tickets so everything was smooth sailing! I have already started talking with her about our next international trip planned for 2024. If you are thinking about taking a trip overseas, or even a cruise or river tour, definitely consider Global Escapes. They truly made our experience as easy as possible and left us with nothing to worry about. They are the only way I will travel from now on! I hired Ameritrans to transport my dad from Kansas City to Houston by stretcher after he suffered a…read moretraumatic brain injury. We needed transportation on short notice, and I found Ameritrans through a Google search. I noticed they had an A+ rating with the BBB, but there weren't many reviews available online, so I wasn't sure what to expect. After speaking with another transportation company that raised some concerns for me, I decided to go with Ameritrans and I'm incredibly thankful I did. They explained that they typically book about a week in advance, but fortunately, they had a cancellation and were able to accommodate us. Blake and Danielle were the team who transported my dad, and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire trip. They arrived 30 minutes early, were always happy to answer our calls when we checked in on my dad, and got him safely to Houston in a reasonable amount of time. During an already stressful situation, having a transportation team we could trust made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Ameritrans to anyone needing long distance medical transportation. We are so grateful to Blake, Danielle, and the entire Ameritrans team for taking such great care of my dad.
