I decided to try the Virtual agent to get information about the price difference I tried the "Virtual Agent" chat and chatted with 3 different agents. No one could help me. They actually disabled my typing ability in the chat room. I promise I was very polite- just seeking answers. I called 2 different numbers[1-866-310-5768 & 404-728-8787 and there is a 5-hour hold for an agent to cancel my trip. I ran into problems with this company years ago and thought that maybe they finally got their act together. I am going to post this on every review site I find.
