The fact that D.U.E.T. markets itself as a "premier event and travel planning agency" is a complete…read morejoke! Time/punctuality mean nothing to this company as they showed absolutely NO regard to respecting peoples' time/sticking to itineraries and professionalism isn't even in their repertoire! Their 1-day party bus trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras ultimately turned into an entire weekend (nightmare). Departure from Atlanta was completely chaotic made up of their unorganized & unprofessional check-in plus the four fifthly, outdated, and less than comfortable ACL of Atlanta charter buses arriving TWO HOURS after the scheduled departure time. And just when I thought that was the end of the trip mishaps, upon return to Atlanta from New Orleans (after being down there for 15+ hours), the buses were AGAIN more than two hours late upon pick up! To make matters worse, D.U.E.T. owner, Tawanda G., provided no clarity to the matter (other than simply faulting the charter bus company - ACL of Atlanta for their 2+ hour delays, both ways) and came off as completely apathetic to the entire catastrophe of a trip when my group & I inquired with her that same night. No one from D.U.E.T. wanted to acknowledge the fiasco of a trip or address it with the disgruntled attendees. D.U.E.T. never once owned up to their piss poor planning & management. Knowing what I know now about D.U.E.T. and the subpar leadership of Tawanda G., that trip with them was my first and my last.

Paid in advance to go to Savannah for St. Patty's Day on a party bus. We were due to leave at 5am…read morethe Saturday before St. Patrick's. At 2:47am we received an email from Towanda via Eventbrite saying the motorcoach company is have mechanical issues with the bus. We gave them until 8:30 am (close to the time we were due to be in Savannah) and still no time frame on the bus being fixed nor another bus available, allegedly due to spring break. At this point we (party of 4) requested a refund. We did receive our refund within 30mins but was definitely disappointed. Luckily we didn't book a hotel room or an Air B&B otherwise we would have lost out on more money. Definitely will go through another group next time, one that has better reviews. I didn't see the reviews here initially.
