Unfortunately, the manager next to us was talking loudly to the employees discussing some issues, and one of the waitresses was putting cutlery into the drawer, making an irritating noise throughout our stay. They acted like we weren't even there. O well. We waited for our food longer than we expected while our 1.5 hour clock ticked away. The Pizza Parma was good. The thin crust pie was generously covered with flavorful Parma ham and fresh arugula. It is always a perfect combination. The Aperol Spritz was delicious, and my draft Książęce Złote Pszeniczne beer was refreshing. Both drinks are quite popular lately in Kraków. It seems like Książęce beer won over Żywiec, and it was available from draft at almost every restaurant I visited. Książęce beer is produced by the Tyskie brewery. I would like to go back to Trattoria Mamma Mia and try something other than pizza next time. Making a reservation is a good idea. Let's not forget this.

The traditional meal began with Zurek-sour rye soup with egg and goose sausage. Mini Pierogies followed. The main course, served family style, was a platter of Schnitzel, chicken, Rouladen, dumplings, potatoes and sauerkraut. Dessert was an apple crepe. All was very good and a cross-section of Polish cuisine. A troupe of folk musicians and dancers provided lively entertainment right at our tables! Lots of fun and good food!
