I've had Major waste and recyclable services for many years now. They have always been prompt and reliable. Sadly folks are more inclined to post negative reviews than positive ones. But Major is well worth the money for the excellent services they consistently provide. read more

The WORST garbage service in Lake county/OHIO. Horrendous drivers, and even worse office support. If the driver misses your pickup for the week, Oh well, sorry so sad, we dont care. We take your money but dont honor our services. Complete amateur hour, as far as, a business, and their weak operations. Take your business elsewhere if yuo want a reliable garbage service. These guys are a bunch of hacks "winging it". They leave cans rolling in the streets, garbage is left unpicked, and the drivers have the attitudes of 14 year boys. Nobody willing to help, if there is an issue. Just a pure money grab, and cross your fingers and hope you get picked up for the week. Pathetic!!!! read more

The waste disposal is to pick up the recycling but never do. The just keep passing by. It's in the trash can for recycling. Absolutely lazy and dumb. read more

This company is great so far. The trash guy roll my can back away from the street and they pick up just about anything you put out by the road, within reason. Best thing is the price is cheaper 30 bucks then the big name company. read more
