All the staff are friendly and plenty of them, the manager and his team simply can't do enough. They've cleaned the place up and made the garden beautiful with Spanish music playing, you really feel like you're in the med, especially with the beautiful river setting, the sangria and the sublime tapas. It's has an outside bar which is also well stocked....gotta say the pubs gin selection is amazing. Go there and try it you won't regret it. The other pubs in the area will seriously need to up their game.

She remembers the regulars' names, greets people on arrival and gives everyone a personal service. The other staff are great too. It would just be nice if there were a few more of them so they don't have to run themselves ragged during busy periods, although I've never had any reason to complain. The selection of ales could be better, but I was happy with what I was recommended. All the food I've tried has been great and the smells emanating from the kitchen are really appetising.
