They must have had a breakdown of their car wash. Never once did anybody come out to explain what was happening. No sorry and no discount for having to wait. There is no way to get out of line and leave. You are held captive until they do something. I wish we had a different car wash of similar quality just because of their lack of concern.

Still not done and for the past hour there has not been more than 3 people who have all come in and had oil changes and left. I can't cancel because the tires have been off the vehicle for almost 2 hours with nobody working on it. Every 30 minutes they say they are almost done. We have two hours to drive to get her back home tonight. really wish I wouldn't have picked this place. I was trying to do a nice thing for my daughter. Would not recommend
