I submitted all required documentation regarding my service animal, including a valid doctor's letter, yet I continue to be charged pet fees. More concerning is the complete lack of response--emails and follow-ups have gone unanswered for months. This isn't a complicated situation. Under fair housing laws, assistance animals are not considered pets, and tenants should not be charged pet-related fees. I've made every effort to handle this properly and professionally, but the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I'm just asking for a response and for the issue to be handled in accordance with the law. Would appreciate someone from Invitation Homes actually reviewing this and responding.

He talks a big game until he gets you to sign his contract and then he goes away. Disappears. He doesn't listen to your instructions and he doesn't take action your requests. He doesn't follow up with the details. He doesn't follow through with his promises. His word means nothing. The very first opening we had, he wasn't event there! He was too busy at a bigger sale, he sent someone who didn't know anything about what we discussed or about my property. He canceled several home openings the day of, even when we talked about keeping the open house! He lied to me on many occasions about various things like being late, not showing up, etc. Don't ask him a question because he will fly off the handle, won't let you speak and will tell you that he knows more than you do about your property. All of these things happened to me. Beware. He does not listen to instructions. He is more interested in being a social butterfly. He showed up late for appointments and missed 2! He only brought 1 client to my home in 3 months! He does not work for his client! He always has an excuse for not showing up at All, on time or for not being able to communicate with a potential buyer or buyer's agent, even though he clearly had communicated with them. We set rules for showings, and he never adhered to them. His communication is Horrible. Basically nonexistent unless he needs something from you.

Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. I always did whatever they recommended, but they did not put any effort into getting it sold. The listing photos were very low quality, I could take better with my cell phone! No wide angle, no filtering, no finesse with photos. Yes, sell low is their cry, they just want their cut of the sale and move on quickly. I will not name the realtor, I don't think it matters, they all sound sucky from the other reviews I read here. Then this, "Oh the market is lower now so you should lower your listing price". It is not funny one bit, they want you to sell low, but you look at other listings that are comps in your same area and they are higher priced for less quality property. I could not ever see going with these people when there are so many more seasoned real estate pro's out there. Do yourself a favor, shop around or get a reference from somebody you know and trust to do the job. The initial call was long, she promised all kinds of things. I wrote her an email and asked her to paraphrase in writing the email what she promised on the phone and got an immediate "I can't commit to that". Basically all they will do is list your home on the MLS which you can do way cheaper than $3000.00. yourself. So I write to her and tell her I'm interested but I have questions, I list my questions and all communication ceases for days. So I write to the redefy website and ask them to put me in touch with a representative who has time for my listing.....its her again. So I tell her again, I am interested in using redefy. She writes me back 2 days later and tells me she will work up a comparative market analysis on my home and get back to me. That was 12 days ago and there has been zero communication from her in that time. I listed my home with a real realtor.
