Seemed expensive and a long lead time, but fine, they are highly rated so I went with them. During the job, they came out 4 times to measure the windows. 4 times! Also, took 3 installing visits to get it right. Again, things happen, so was just glad when the job was completed. Got the final bill. It was $1800. Called the office to ask why. Got the owner. Told it was for travel surcharge to the island. I said it wasn't part of the original quote. She then in a very patronizing way went on to tell me they sent an email in January (that I don't have in my records) telling about the surcharge. Again fine. As I was ending the call, said they need to be careful. It won't always be this busy and people will remember how she treats them. Her response was to say "she wasn't going to listen to me school her on her business and she was hanging up." And she did. Unbelievable. I wanted to tell her I also have run very large businesses, and when a customer wants to give you feedback, listen!!! Anyone who is looking to open a screening company, come to Fort Myers, FL. After the repair, the pavers began to separate almost immediately the company continuously. Blames the homeowner for the Pavers separating instead of taking accountability for their poor installation. They came out again last week. I'm attaching the videos below. On the same day, they supposedly repaired the driveways. The pavers were moving as you walk on them already had half an inch gaps in between them. This company is not using the cement barriers that they are supposed to use to install the pavers, they have horrible communication. I was told on Friday that somebody would be coming to my home to repair the poor installations. Nobody ever showed up, of course when I called today and spoke with Betty. She was incredibly rude and told me she was on lunch and can't deal with this at the moment she told me to call Lenar if I want an update. This has horrible craftsmanship, disrespectful office, representatives, and poor communication. Save yourself the trouble and money of hiring these people.
