We bought a new house almost a year ago. The builder had Pioneer Floor Coverings & Design install…read morevinyl flooring. After six months the vinyl started to peel up all over the house. Pioneer Flooring won't even come out to look at the flooring. They insist their warranty only covers re-gluing the lifting panels. If it was 2 or 3 planks I could understand but there are at least 20 planks coming up in various places throughout the house. That tells me the glue used was bad. They did very poor job on our home and they won't stand behind their work.

Troy and his crew showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and somehow even managed to get the coating underneath the cabinets. I asked him for a quote to cover our massive 1300 sq. ft. garage floor with a long-lasting, very durable epoxy coating. He responded very quickly and professionally and showed up on time for the appointment. His quote to do the job was very reasonable and I could tell Troy was a straight-shooter and a stand-up guy. We made a deal, shook on it and about a week later our floor was done. We are absolutely blown away with the finished product and our garage floor looks amazing! People that know me personally will tell you that my word is my bond. Trust me when I tell you... if you're looking for someone to do your epoxy floors the RIGHT way, Troy is the guy!

They said we were given a discount because they were going to order with another client's order, but I didn't really see any "discount" because it was so much more than our first quote. The floor looked great, but they made a mess of the baseboards (big gaps, not lined up very well) & there was a big hole in the drywall that they didn't bother to mention. Thankfully I had the house painted after the flooring, & the paint guy had the drywall and baseboards repaired. I asked if it was customary to leave leftover floor boards after a job & they said yes, they would look into seeing what happened to the leftovers & call me back. Crickets, no call. I called back a couple of weeks later & was told the same thing, he would look into it & call me back. More crickets. I tried calling back & no answer, it just rang & rang. They did not leave me even 1 extra floor board! I feel that I paid for these & am not asking for a free ride, I just want what's mine in case of any mishaps. I would not be writing this if they didn't blow me off like this.

Once he agreed to do the warranty work, he did follow through and started the tear out and install of my new floors. However, he cut corners, and his work was poorly done. He left a continuous mess in my garage and home, and it took him much longer than he told us it would take. He would not communicate with me and rarely responded to my phone calls or texts when I tried to communicate. We ended up firing him and the job was never finished by him. Outstanding "customer service" !…read more I was in contact with JOE for several months re: carpet for our new home. Because of scheduling, we had to make MANY phone calls back and forth (i.e. playing "phone tag"). But NONE of that deterred JOE! When I finally met him ... he had "samples" available for me ... and I chose one that day. Once again, because of scheduling, I had to CANCEL the first installation date and set another. Not to worry .... JOE was very accommodating and understanding! Carpet is installed ... and we Iove it! As others have said, "Great quality, for a great price." But the great "P.R", CUSTOMER SERVICE and "KINDNESS" of JOE is the reason I've taken the time to review, and highly recommend this business.
