This year, the same manager sends me a renewal stating $1945/month. A few days after that renewal form, I received a letter stating she was no longer associated with Air City Lofts and my rent would now be $2010/month. I called the office the next day and they stated there's a regional manager there now "so yeah" (not very professional). I work very hard for my money and expect a great living environment for that price. Well, the intercom system works for a week or 2 and then it's out for months so you have to go downstairs to let guests in. The neighbors smoke Marijuana (non-smoking building) and it comes right through my vent. NOBODY has their dog/s on a leash and they run back and forth in the hallway (whole apt shakes) all day and night. People upstairs sound like they're going to come through the ceiling, waking me up all night long. The trash room is chocked full of fruit flies, leaving my apartment full of fruit flies for 10 months out of the year. There is one tiny gym room for all of the buildings. I had my window opened last summer and my granddaughter ran to the window and touched the screen, which fell out. Well, she almost fell out with it as it is only about 2 feet from the ground. By the grace of God, she flew backwards out of fear instead of forward or she would have been dead. I am now in the process of moving. I've complained numerous times regarding everything and nothing will ever be resolved here.

Having a significant other stay over a 1-2 nights a week, that will cost you an extra $50/month. Upon leaving, I requested a walk-through by the landlord twice (this should be mandatory). I did not receive this but was assured by Bill that I would have no problems because he had seen the apartment and had taken good care of the apartment. I was charged a cleaning fee. They sent the returned security deposit back to their own apartment rather than my new address. Many more concerns, these were just a few of them! Would not recommend this apartment complex. I have never had any of these issues at other complexes.
