I thew my back out while I was visiting Orlando on business and this was the 2nd place I called after I explained to the woman on the phone at the first that I hurt myself and needed someone with "strong hands to shove my skeleton back to where it's supposed to be" and she told me she had the "perfect match" for me who had a "gentle touch". I'm not a house wife looking for a relaxing day at the spa with my girlfriends. I needed help and in my experience, if you're getting a therapeutic massage and it's not hurting then it's probably not helping. Miles was knowledgeable in shiatsu, Thai massage, and acupuncture and took down my email to send me information on herbs to help me with other issues unrelated to this injury. He diagnosed and worked on my issue and not my symptoms which I really appreciated. If you're looking for a relaxing day getting your feet rubbed in a spa with cucumbers on your eyes, don't go here. READ FIRST!! I suffer(ed) with anxiety, panic attacks,…read moreworry and stomach issues for most of my adult life. Doesn't sound like a big deal to most, but when you're experiencing panic attacks in the middle of the night, shortness of breathe, on/off IBS symptoms at the most inconvenient time (bloating/gas/constipation/abdominal pain etc), experiencing strange bodily feelings, and having the hypochondriac mindset, all of that can really bring you down and slow you down dramatically. I came to Dr. Scott Graves for desperate help. The first half of the initial session was a simple conversation of what I ate (specific elaborate detail), my daily routines, the symptoms I feel, what I think about and what I think causes the worry, anxiety, and IBS issues. Then we continued to the acupuncture part of the session. During all of that, he told me EXACTLY the cause of the problems and how to fix it, the key was to do it and stick with it. Sounds crazy? Trust me I skeptical at first. However after I did exactly what he told me to do, within a few short days to weeks I started to feel a difference which was AMAZING! If you do EXACTLY What tells you to do no matter the issue, i guarantee you'll feel a positive difference. He's patient, understanding and will do his best to help. I've returned to him a second time (check up) and experienced the same great customer service and the feeling that he actually wants to help.

My chiropractic provider attempted to help me for our months but I didn't get any relief. I started to find relief when I started acupuncture from Adrianna (she is an Angel!). The acupuncture also has helped me reduce anxiety. As a form of the plan to help me heal she had me see Dr Jim for ART. It was the first time in seven months that I could sit upright. Thank you both for your professionalism and helping me on the road to recovery. I can't be any more grateful. Also, I have wax services done here and everyone is always prompt, the space is zen and clean. They have even been super patient if I take a work call causing THEM a delay so I owe them. Thank you to everyone who makes this location a beautiful experience. Note: their acupuncture has been so helpful that even after I found out it was out of network for my insurance I still paid the full amount for the sessions (buy in bulk because you get a discount).
