I took my 2013 Ford Explorer just to have a water pump on it and three months later the car sounds like a tank going down the road. He tried everything in the world to get me to do this. Do that knowing there was nothing that needed. We done but a water pump to put on it when I got it back three months later, it sound like a tank going down the road I took it back, he said he don't know what his mechanic done he quit right after he was working on it he would fix it. It took him three more weeks. I marked the tires. He said he was pulling it in there every day, looking at it when I went back three weeks later, cars never been moved from where I marked the tires finally home he said it was fixed. It was not fixed. He said he was coming here to the house to look at it. Four times he never showed up would not answer his phone. I drove my car. to Mobil Tech off market Street $208 to tell me how much mess that he caused when he put the water pump on there all the gaskets were leaking. He didn't put my exhaust bowl back in and he broke my radiator mount so I threatened to court. He said he would fix it all, hopefully he fixed the leaks because of 11 six 2024. I just got it back did not fix my exhaust like he said did not fix the radiator like he said so save your money in time because all he does is when he gets it in there to fix it, they google how to fix it and they go off to Google fixing your stuff. Save your money. Take it to Mobil Tech , they are awesome. They'll take care of you. read more
