The next morning after a few phone calls back and forth and my sending a photo of the problem chair and hand control, they told me Elliott was on the way with a new hand control. He arrived, installed a new hand control and was gone in less than 20 minutes. All of this occurred in way less than 24 hours from my first contact. Actually, it was probably less than three hours from our first phone conversation to completion. Everyone was pleasant, professional, courteous, and determined to solve my problem. They ask questions and listen, providing invaluable feedback and suggestions. I've come here many times and gotten excellent advice, even on the occasions when I didn't end up purchasing anything.
