I've not bought new there but we have taken several vehicles for diagnosis and repairs. The star of the show for me is the service manager who actually listens to you, writes down what you say, explains the nature of the repairs needed (in simple or complex terms) and explains why they are needed. It appears the business is doing well as they've now opened a proper Fiat sales centre (presumably capitalising on the closure of the rather poor Cleveland cars), the showroom is immaculate, there's a nice area to sit whilst you wait and free, proper coffee rather than wet brown stuff that's too hot to drink.

Went to pick it up the next day, was informed I owed £150 as not covered by the warranty but they went ahead and repaired it anyway. I asked for the part to be removed as I would never have had it repaired for that price. Was told a supervisor would call me because after much argument they allowed me to have my keys. Was called once and told they were still trying to get skids warranty now but they would let me know. Never heard back from them so rang them back. Still did not return my calls. In the end complained to Skoda who were fantastic but this dealership was poor.

How can we write a more positive review?? addendum....after 6 days they discover the fault is an "earth strap" electrical connection and it will take another 2 days to order and fit this. We think that with modern electronic diagnostic techniques, they should have found this out last Friday and fitted it yesterday. They are mid-20th century operators on their service department. As a trusting person I agreed and gave him my bank details and you can guess refund never came this was a mistake as I was not aware one positive feedback is left you can not change, obviously these guys know what there doing and a lesson learnt for me.
