A different therapist was assigned without notice, the massage lasted about 50 minutes and was just not good, and the remaining time was a "facial" that was not requested or part of the service purchased and was not a true facial at that.  I contacted the business to resolve it and asked for a refund since the service I paid for was not provided. The owner refused and the phone conversation became unprofessional and he would not let me get a word in and threatened me with a lawyer because I stated I'll be taking this to social media.  I never leave reviews like this but I can't believe that interaction even happened.
