Every doctors they had have been so nice. I don't know why they don't stay but meh! Any who I have taken 5 dogs here. I am down to three dogs. Two of them are not seniors. Having dogs can be expensive I feel that Ark Animals try really hard to keep expense down.

I did and found out Miss Daphne had bone cancer. Dr Dunham amputated the leg and Miss Daphne went on the next 2 months living her normal life. Being a tripod didn't stop her one bit. Well, the type of cancer she had came back with vengeance and there was nothing that could be done. February 3rd my precious hound had to be put to sleep forever...this broke my heart and it's still broken. I want to say Dr Dunham and his staff made the process peaceful and calm. I can't say enough how I appreciate it. Dr Dunham was with us the whole time and continued explaining things, and helping us through conversation. I didn't break down until I had to leave my girl...My home is empty without her. Miss Daphne's sister Bluegirl will be making an appointment with Dr Dunham. He's now our vet. Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions. We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands. I honestly don't think he could have received better care anywhere else. And the bonus to this high level of service was the the "low cost". There is a reason it is part of the name of this clinic

They made an already horrible experience- worse and certainly played into the stereotype of veterinary staff being judgmental, cold and harsh. A large portion of pet owners are not trained vet. medical professionals, what may be common knowledge to staff is not for all. The undertone I was met with was apparent. This kind of treatment & experience can deter people from wanting to seek out treatment & education on & for their fur babies. To reiterate- the Dr and nurses were fantastic.
