This lady has black hair, she is older and definitely should not be a cashier. Most cashiers ask for your rewards card. She just rang up the bag of ice i set on the counter. I thought that was rude. Her facial expressions where not for someone who deals with the public. I have an amputated thumb less than 2 weeks ago. When she was rude to me I asked her if she could put the 7lb ice in a bag for me. She says yes I guess I can? Then she drops the bag on the counter. I asked her mam you did not need to drop it. She says it is heavy. I show her my thumb which is an open wound. She says to me don't give me an attitude? I said give you an attitude? Mam keep the change I will never stop back. This is the second employee that treated me like dirt. The last one was a 3rd shift employee. I rarely stop at this location. This store is quick bring them in and push them out. I so miss Speedway that used to be on Sunset Dr and Hwy 164 / 59. Stay away from this store if you are a senior. Because it don't matter, get them in get them and get the out is what this location does. Very poor management for the weekend crew or second or third shift. I told he keep the change you must need it. I hope she does not have a dog. If she does, I do know what the poor dog goes through. This lady I never seen there before. Yet this lady to me and my opinion is a very dangerous person. She may of had a bad night. Yet this is the type of person who could bring a gun to work and shoot every body there. Beware of her.

Creme Filled Long John with Chocolate Flavored Icing and Cookie n Cream: Kwik Trip is a convenience…read morestore/gas station chain located primarily in the upper Mid-West. It was founded in 1965 in my home state of WI, specifically, Eau Claire (have fun pronouncing that all you non-Wisconsinites). A Long John is a yeast/raised doughnut that is typically iced and sometimes filled with custard, cream, or some other filling. The term is primarily utilized in the Midwest, Texas, and Canada. Other parts of the U.S. refer to Long Johns as Bar Doughnuts, Finger Doughnut, or Cream Stick (that one sounds kind of dirty). The variety I have from Kwik Trip had chocolate icing and a multitude of OREO chunks decorating its surface. Cookies n cream is one of my favorite dessert flavors and I was ecstatic that it even contained creme in the center. I honestly thought this was going to be a top tier doughnut but could not have been more wrong. All the bells and whistles are useless if the basics are neglected. In this case, the body of the doughnut/dough had a bland flavor and did not taste fresh (or at least poor texture). I'd consider this a one off, but the last Long John I got from Kwik Trip was also underwhelming. I'll be sticking to "Glazers" from Kwik Trip moving forward. This was just okay Doughboy_Food_Reviews

(However, I would still recommend this Kwik Trip over any other type of gas station like BP, Speedway, etc.) The bathrooms are pretty decent. They're not gross by any means, just not tidy. Each time I've stopped here, there are a few scraps of toilet paper on the ground and there is a lot of water splashed around by the sinks. My other issue with the store is the layout. The aisles are packed close together, so it's hard to maneuver if there are multiple people in an aisle. If you use a wheelchair or have a stroller, it's going to be extremely difficult to browse. Because the store itself is so cramped, the checkout lines can extend back into the aisles when this location is busy. As far as food goes, the donuts are incredible! The classic Glazers are my favorite, but their old fashioned donuts, chocolate cake donuts, and blueberry donuts are also delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well, and sometimes when you pump gas a coupon will print out to save some money inside on things like hot food, donuts, and pizzas. If you're going to stop inside at this Kwik Trip, I'd recommend knowing what you want to buy ahead of time. Browsing is pretty inconvenient, so I'd save yourself the trouble. The gas prices here are good. It's normally a few cents cheaper here per gallon than other gas stations. The pumps themselves are easy to use, and there are enough of them that there usually isn't any issue finding a spot to fill up.

I…read moreworked on the road, out of a truck for several years and you learn to appreciate things that folks working in offices take for granted. The things I like about Kwik Trip, in general: -The stores are big, bright and clean. -At any hour of the day, you can get a hot cup of decent coffee. In Wisconsin and with my former profession, this can be a life saver. -CLEAN BATHROOMS: This is the deciding factor for me. I have nearly thrown up at the sight of some bathrooms before, but Kwik Trip is spotless. Things I don't like: -Their hot food. Most of it tastes just fine, but I cannot imagine eating anything less healthy. I know most people coming through aren't thinking about nutrition and are simply looking for a quick bite to tide them over, but it would be nice to have a few more healthful options. This store in particular is brand new, sparkly clean and well staffed. They have a nice car wash on site and it is in a location bereft of other options. There you have it, the first (And probably the only. Ever) gas station testimonial. You might call it a magnum opus, an ode to the petroleum industry. Probably not though. That would be dumb.

I was there late morning, before the usual lunchtime rush, and they were clearly prepping the food and condiment bar. Thankfully there were plenty of the $1 grilled cheese sandwiches - I don't know what they do, but that white bread with the butter and 2 slices of American cheese is seriously additive and delicious. So I got 1 sandwich for myself and one to save for later.... actually I split both with my dog - she got all the unbuttered edges. Yeah yeah yeah, I know it's not "healthy" but she needed a treat for being so good in the car and that's less carbs for me (as if I was worried about carbs, hahaha). What made me sad was that they had no tomatoes :( Not even a spot for tomatoes on the condiment bar. As I said, they were still prepping and I know I could have asked someone. I just feel bad asking for something that I don't really need when the employees are already running around like crazy. Also, I had my KT app up and wanted to take advantage of some of the coupons and they did not have any of the items I was intending on purchasing/was a freebie. I asked the cashier and he said that this location did not carry those particular items. Unfortunately (more likely, fortunately), there are no KT locations near me in Shorewood so I missed out on my opportunity to try the new items. It's okay, there is always another set of coupons to look forward to! I appreciated the speedy checkout, a line formed out of nowhere and 2 more people hopped on the register to help out. The store itself is a litter larger with more grocery items, and was SUPER clean. See you next time, KT #369 ;)

Kwik Trip has a great beverage section from tons of coffee options to tons of cold drink options. I don't really understand why because I can self serve and touch everything else in the store and spread any virus but I can't make an icy cold drink. I rarely stop by for a cold icy drink so I never even thought that I would not be able to get a self serve drink today. I'm not going to rip KT and I'm just letting people know that all the self serve coffee and drInks are off limits at this point in time.
