Still, I gave it another chance and returned in October. Unfortunately, the experience this time was extremely traumatic. The moment I mentioned the poor results from my last visit, Annie became unusually rough. The hair wash was rushed, with water gushing into my ears, and the blow dry felt more like torture--so forceful that it seemed intentional, almost damaging her dryer in the process. My scalp hurt, my ear was burned, and she never even offered an apology. The way the service was delivered felt harsh and deliberate, and I left with both physical pain and deep disappointment.
