However, service execution significantly undermined the experience. The kitchen ticket was entered incorrectly, which delayed the entire order. By the time the mistake was recognized, the process had to restart from scratch, resulting in a prolonged wait. More concerning, one crepe was served with bananas despite a stated banana allergy. That error should not occur in a restaurant environment, particularly when allergens are involved. After the correction, another friend's food was completely forgotten, even after the reordered items were sent back. Other than the delicious food, the whole experience was a mess.
