Finally, called them and spoke to one of their representatives and they told me the item not available to be returned since it was a sale item and it was final sale. Final sale was not listed anywhere on the receipt or the website that I saw and they said it was and now the sales over and they can't prove anything to me showing me it was. Such a bait and switch. They were rude and disrespectful in their treatment of their customers. I don't live by one of their physical stores, so I can't try anything on without buying it. They don't allow you to return which is hard when you don't know your size or what you'll like on you when you're pregnant. I will never buy from this terrible company again that shows no respect to its clients.

I will never shop online for formal wear again…read more Kendra helped me out of a bind over the summer. I had ordered an online dress that was a total disappointment and not at all like the picture on the company website. With only two weeks till my daughter's quinceañera I came to Rainbow Fashions on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I came. Kendra immediately put me at ease and promised that she could have the dress of my dreams in time for this huge event. She pulled many dresses until I found the perfect silhouette she quickly placed my order and had the dress tailored to the perfect length just in time. My dress was absolutely stunning!! I promised her that I would come back for my daughter's HS events. And that promise was kept. Just recently we came back to purchase a homecoming dress for my girl. The dress fit her perfectly. This place has my business for any future formal or party dress needs.

Honestly I have yet to find any colorist that does as well as she while keeping prices affordable/reasonable . I went back in December at this new spot and it is perfectly charming with a cute boutique in the front that offers clothing, jewelry and more. I'm planning to come back to see her soon, totally worth the 45 min drive!
