It is quite common for pizza to be pre-ordered well over an hour in advance, only to arrive for pickup and be told they gave your pizza to someone elsewhere and it will be another 20-40 minutes. On the other end of the spectrum, you arrive to pick up your pizza on time and it is cold. This store used to make pizza better than Pizza Hut and their CS was great. Now the quality, taste and customer service is just as bad as Pizza Hut.
