Horrible do not buy a car from them. They tell you anything you wanna hear and then after that you'll have problems after problem with your vehicle and they won't answer you and they're snotty. We went back to do brakes and they didn't put the passenger tire back on right. Took it to another mechanic and said that it was almost ready to fall off. It would definitely hurt or kill somebody, do not go there they're a bunch of and they're liars. I made the mistake. Do not go there. read more

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart in 2017, "new" on the title. Clutch factory defect same year, still having issues with it. Turbo charger underboost constant, about 500 dollar for a repair that never fixed the problem. Bluetooth, Uconnect, and cruise control all stopped working. Parking brake sticks on rear wheels and caused rotor damage, so can't be used. Brought it in recently for a flashing check engine light, they lied to me about what was wrong, told me there was an oil leak and needed 5 hour job to replace gasket, brought to different mechanic no evidence of leak, just needed spark plugs. Killed my battery and "forgot" to leave key in car when I arranged to come get it on a weekend. ABS light on dashboard giving codes for main computer defect. Owner George Kline offered me $1k when I told him I wanted him to buy the lemon back from me, and then told me to complain to Chrysler, which I did. Please don't get tricked into buying a car here like I did. read more

went there as I saw a vehicle on the lot I was interested in. The salesman right off the bat seemed "put out" to have to give me any info on it. so I gave him my info and what I was trading in,(a similar vehicle in excellent condition with plenty of equity) and he said he would be in touch. well nothing from them that day, so I was in the area the next day and decided to bring my wife with me and take the vehicle for a test drive. he gets my drivers license as they all do and he grabs a plate out of his desk (meanwhile, no small talk or questions.. just silence.. and he heads to the door. my wife and I start to follow him out (since he didn't say sit tight ill be back),we were right behind him and he lets the door slam in our faces..ok..i let that one slide. we follow him to the vehicle and he puts the plate on, turns around and heads all the way back to the office, still not saying anything... my wife and I look at each other and I ask her if I had a bugger hanging or something.. so we catch up to him and again.. door slam in our faces..so now i'm getting a bit upset but we finally get the keys from him and take it for a small trip around the block. when we got back he said he had all the info on my vehicle and that his boss wasn't there so he couldn't work up any numbers for me and he would be in touch.. well 5 days now and no call from these guys. so we purchased a similar vehicle from an Albany dealer with GREAT bedside manner. if I were you I would not go here for anything unless you are into being treated like crap. signed Happy I went Elsewhere.. read more

I took the day off of work on a Tuesday to have them installed. It took longer than expected, but I had no where else to go. Tires were mounted , balanced, and installed and I was on my way. The next day I was on the highway and experienced a considerable amount wobble from the tires not being balanced properly. So, I called Monroe. Mike answered and acted annoyed that I was calling. He explained to me that he could not get it in until Friday. I asked what time. To which he said early morning. I asked what time do you open. He said 7:30. So, I said ok I'll be there at 7:30. He rudely responds that I can't come that early. I said ok, well what time works for you. He said between 8 and 8:30. I took more time off of work to return so that they could complete the job they were supposed to do originally. I showed up at 8:15. Mike greets me with his cheerful attitude (being sarcastic - he's always miserable) and asks if I was leaving the vehicle. I said no you told me to come between 8 and 8:30. To which he replies and explains to me that he has 4 vehicles ahead of mine and he could not get it in until noon. So, I left. I returned again at 12 and they balanced the tires and I thought I was done with Monroe. Will not be taking any cars back to this shop ever again. Mike is a miserable, rude person and should not be fielding calls or have any contact with customers.
