I have never had a better experience at a hospital…read more From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by the desk attendant and she helped me check in quickly and her demeanor was so calm and friendly. Then I was handed off to the triage nurse Joe. He was super friendly, we were laughing and chatting the whole time and he made me feel very at ease. My nurse Courtney was the same. There was another patient there that was very unwell mentally and was screaming at the nurses and doctors over and over and every one of them remained impressively calm and composed. I was treated very quickly and aside from a long wait for some results, which is to be expected, it was a seriously great experience.

I was very nervous about my surgery and what was going on with my stomach Dina sat there and gave me comfort and calmed me down she made me feel that everything was going to be all right. Letitia jaidah, Anne, Jasmir, tongi, Dana and Fen are the best.They help you when you need it and all will make you feel special for sure. There is 1 more nurse that I wanted to mention, His name is Adam, when I was brought to my room, I had so much pain and forgot my charger, Adam went and looked for one and lent it to me, such a wonderful staff at Paoli. Also I want to thank Dr. Barrese he stuck with me believed me and kept going until he found out what was causing me such pain. My daughter injured her neck and CHOP urgent care told us to bring her here immediately. We've been here for hours but there's no one available to read her x rays. No one has even just checked in on her. I was just told "well it was even worse yesterday" when I asked if they had an idea of how much longer. Though don't worry registration promptly got my payment info and we all know I will pay a HUGE bill for this.

I was checked and even had x-rays, etc and was told I'd ache for a few days and to take some asprin. Unfortunately for me, it didn't do anything. Why you ask? Because when I went to my family doctor a day later, he discovered that a disc in my back had been popped out of my spine. And he was able to figure it out simply from having me bend and touch my toes. When my family sent a letter to the hospital asking why they had not come to the same conclusion with the various tests that had been done, we were told that the doctor who answers all questions was out on vacation. Needless to say, we never got an answer. I won't be back if I can help it.

I was scared and sick. When they came to my house,my pup was barking with all the visitors. They didn't blink and he is a big guy. By the time they got me in the ambulance, they had calmed Wilson too. The thing is, they didn't just transport me and dump me off t the hospital. They stayed with me till the Emergency Nurse came to take over. This helped. It's hard to be alone when you are not well.. I appreciated their care and kindness. Then the RN, I think Tiara? Began her professional attentive care calmed me. When you can't breath it creates fear and she was quick to give me care. Jade was already waiting to do a chest x-ray and was as kind as could be. They don't want you to drink anything, when you first arrive till they determine your care. But when you are struggling to breathe you become very uncomfortably dry. My Nurse gave me a sponge wipe for my lips. It sounds small but it so was not. Dr. Sing was terrific and efficient. Answered my questions and admitted me to the hospital. I was eligible for hospital at home because I am a senior . An excellent choice. I had been in this program before. I have asthma that can get out of control and they have been able to stabilize me before. The care you can get at home without being in the hospital is a big plus. A virtual doctor visit every day and 2 RN visits give you the support that you need without the trauma of being hospitalized. The Doctors were fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I do remember a Dr Leu and Dr Malek. There were 2 others and I am sorry I cant remember their names. The Doctors did not just give me medical directives, they partnered with me and planned with me. Very noble. Thank you. My Nurses, Christine, Michael, Joe, Sarah and Emily, all very thorough and compassionate. Even the couriers who delivered needed medicine, equipment and even food were prompt friendly and professional. I am feeling better and those partners are the reason why. Wilson Cheese made a bunch new friends. It's nice when the folks are caring for you, accept and understand your extended family. Thanks to you all.

I came to emergency room with severe pain in my lower right back under my rib cage and difficulty…read moretaking a deep breath. i thought i might be having a female version of a heart attack. They immediately took my info and Nurse Tim immediately did an EKG. After a short wait they did a chest x-ray, Cat scan, bloodwork. They saw a blood clot in lower right lung. Admitted me and probably saved my life. The 2nd floor PCU unit nurses Colline,Megan,Bria were so attentive, kind, and helpful. They are really kind people who care. Julia the phlebotomist was so gentle taking blood, she even gently squeezed my hand after to comfort me because she took almost 5 vials of blood. Mel the tech was sweet. The housekeepng people were also kind and made sure each morning the room was cleaned and mopped and told me be careful until it dryed. The dietary knew immediately to hold the salt in my diet and reminded me each day. Sarah the echotechnologist was super sweet and through. Rachel the ultrasound tech was kind and nicely conversational.Dr David and Dr Fisher were very kind and thorough and available.. Dr Shiff the pulmonologist was so thorough, intelligent and answered thoroughly all my many questions. i can't say enough good about the staff here. Nurse Megan even said it was a pleasure to work with me as a patient. I can't say enough good about my experience here.

The worst emergency room visit of my entire life!!! I was in the South ER for a foot injury. Had a…read morescrew between my big toe and next toe about two inches into my foot pad in my left foot. I was in extreme pain and an infection had developed and the area was completely black by the time I had arrived. The nursing staff was there but there were no doctors (ikr)... and was placed on gurney for 3hrs in hallway then a nurse [Spanish male nurse from north wing walked past and swung his left forearm into my foot and how the nursing staff giggled!!! Finally fed up with the lack of professionalism and compassion i had to get loud! Finally a female nurse practitioner came to my aid and immediately had them prepare a pain shot and showed me the red line up my leg almost to the knee! And that if in hadn't received treatment in another 15 minutes sepsis would have taken hold!!‼

Open, bright, clean, spacious, plenty of charging ports, TVs that update you on the status of your loved one. Multiple bathrooms. No complaints about the waiting area. The staff were all amazing. From Diana who did my registration paperwork to the nurses (Jennifer, TRICIA, and Wanda), to the nurse anesthetist (Maria) to the anesthetist (Dr. Lay) - everyone made me feel SO COMFORTABLE. I've also been the breast center and the women's center this year. I was in and out of both appointments really quickly. I truly can't say enough about the outpatient surgery process, though. It was extremely comfortable and pleasant and everyone was sickeningly nice.

Pre surgical care and explanations were better than any of her many experiences elsewhere. The nurses and doctors on the floor afterwards were caring and kind. Medically her outcome has been stellar thanks to that. We would absolutely return and recommend Riddle to anyone, even if it is not the closest facility for you. We couldn't be happier!
