Let's you know that norditrack treats him like crap. He doesn't track jobs and whether or not he completes them. He sends paperwork in to norditrack and you are supposed to trust that and if you don't get the parts that is not his problem. I called norditrack and they stated that his paperwork said the machine was fixed. So we were never going to get the parts. But being that there isn't any communication on Robb's end we would have never known that. Basically, if you can get parts yourself and YouTube how to do it, go with that. Unfortunately would not recommend. He seems like a nice guy but we pay for our equipment to get fixed, not for a nice visit and broken equipment. He needs to develop a system to track his jobs better.
