Western NY winters are brutal on our cars inside and out. Don's has a great car wash and detailing department. They have diff packages and their details may be steeply priced, but they are good at what they do. Staff is usually hurried and short with you. In their defence, they are generally busy and seem to have chores and side projects to do as well. They are fast and efficient :)

I pulled up to the wash and the guy looked at his watch and continued to spray the ceiling while ignoring me. I've had other times where an employee just didn't come out of the office, ever. One out of five times I try to get my truck washed I'm unable to for these reasons. I completely understand wanting to leave at the end of the day but being rude like that makes me not want to pay for a membership any longer.
